Realtors often recommend improvements to boost your return, but then leave it to you to make it happen. If you only had the time, right! Marina Masciarelli Tramontozzi (now THAT's ITALIAN, eh!) was the only realtor to bring in a dedicated, competent, turnkey contractor that works on Marina's schedule, for the price promised and does all the "right" work needed for the elusive Marina "WOW" factor that really sells. She transitioned a "lived in 45 years, needs a lot of work" home into a turnkey 32% price increase yielding an added $100,000 in profit in 30 days! All I had to do was Trust in Marina! Simply THE BEST! Trust in Marina...you'll be impressed!

She provided expert advice during every step of the process, was kind and supportive as we made the decision to sell the house that was our home for 37 years, and used her experience and skill to match us with a buyer who we could count on to complete the sale with ease. We couldn't be happier, and highly recommend True North Realty to anyone who wants to make selling (or buying) a home a pleasant and rewarding experience.

I have a two-bedroom and with working from home the last two years the second bedroom is perfect for my office. I feel that any concerns I have are taken seriously even if it may seem silly. As far as drug users/smokers go, Jennifer, I am in and out of the building often and my unit overlooks the main entrance. I smelled smoke a few days ago near an entrance in the back and I had a faint smell of smoke maybe twice threw my windows. I have seen no butts on the ground or any signs of drug use in the public areas. I have heard people talking going in and out of the main entrance but I can tell you in all my times going in and out of multiple entrances, and being able to see the main entrance from my windows, I have never seen people hanging around outside let alone anyone that was using drugs or appeared to be stoned.

When I got there, the pool was padlocked shut with a sign saying that some residents broke pool rules and that the pool is closed until further notice. I emailed the management team to share my frustration that this is an amenity that drives people to live here and residents that follow the rules and pay rent should be able to use it. Their response was "It is sad that we all have to follow the same procedures when going through TSA at the airport because of the actions of those few, but residents need to learn a lesson and be held responsible for their actions"... So now im paying for a pool I cant use during a record breaking heatwave. Great way to start managing a new property!
