I cannot stress enough how frustrating and disappointing this experience has been. I brought my car…read morein THREE separate times for the exact same issue--a cylinder 2 misfire--and somehow, after all that time and inconvenience, the problem is STILL not fixed. Each visit meant rearranging my entire schedule, finding alternate transportation, and being without my car for days, all for absolutely no resolution. And not only that, one of the times out of the three visits I came to get my car it was filthy like they had left all the windows down or took it for a ride with a layer of pollen all thru out the car. What makes this even worse is the completely shady communication. Work was done on my vehicle without my authorization, and I was never given clear pricing upfront. I wasn't properly informed about what they were doing or how much it was going to cost until after the fact. That is completely unacceptable and honestly feels dishonest. Every time I tried to get answers, I got vague explanations and no real accountability. It felt like they were just guessing and charging me along the way. At no point did I feel like a valued customer--just someone they could keep bringing back without actually fixing the problem. I've wasted time, money, and energy, and I'm left with the same issue I started with. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks transparency. I would strongly caution anyone against coming here unless you're okay with repeat visits, surprise charges, and zero clear communication. And not only that I have spoken with the Audi dealership and another mechanic backing that what they have done is wrong and reinstating some of the things that G2 is "claiming is wrong with the car" just to come back for another visit and blow more money on the same problem for the 4th time they can't seem to fix. My friends and family will not be returning to G2 ever again after how awful and unprofessional this has been handled.

Looking for a solution for the cause of a check engine light, Total changed the spark plugs twice, replaced a smog device, and sent home the truck 4 times after I paid $1000 to FIX the cause. Check engine light came back on every time I cranked the truck the next day after "repair." Was told if it happened the 5th time, bring it back and they'll try something else. While at the shop, I drove by one day to see my truck parked where I'd left it despite being told it was "inside the shop and being worked on." Spoke to one of the mechanics about progress on the repair and he gave info that was the exact opposite of what was told by the front desk. Was lectured by the front desk and told that the problem was that I "misunderstood" what she was telling me. Ms. Jordak ensured every step of the maintenance was completed flawlessly and kept me well-informed throughout the process. Additionally, the Billy Howell Ford dealership helped me maximize my savings by stacking my FordPass Rewards points with its dealership Wild Card discount coupon. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this dealership's team. When i got my first car at 18 , 2003 impala , it had so many problems because it was my first car and I was 18 and I really didn't take care of it, but they were always there for me and fixed it and never charged me a crazy price. They can fix everything from sport to classics to teslas to regular cars ( ive seen it in person for anyone who thinks im bs ) . Eventually I gifted it to my 79-year-old Grandma and she hasn't had a problem since . I thought it would be scary considering I had so many problems with it, and shes older so reflexes are a little late ( sorry gma ). Dennis and Aaron fixed it so good shes never had a problem to this day .They work so hard everytime i pass or drop by , and ask me about my life and show me around the shop and when im there i feel more like home than just a mechanic shop on the road. I do enjoy cars and understanding it. I ask 1000 questions and they never seem irritated All because they're customer service is so genuine that im 23 now and still would never go anywhere else. This all to say i wrote this for the people , who worry about just getting ripped off or not knowledgeable about it.

I am a Honda Master Technician, and have been for 27 years. I know all of the typical auto service industry tactics, and what poor quality is when it comes to having your vehicle repaired. That being said, once I decided to take my career path toward the corporate world, you would think that I would not go back to Honda Carland or its Service Center, and you'd be wrong. Again, I know what quality is when it comes to having your Honda and Acura repaired, because of my experience. Yes, I do my own oil changes, but I still need to visit the dealer for my company car, where I could choose ANY Honda dealer in the Atlanta area. Knowing what I know, I willingly choose to have my car(s) serviced by the Service Center because I trust the technicians working there having worked with them in the past. No, I don't get preferential treatment. No, I don't get discounts. No, I wasn't asked to post this. I am not a shill for Honda Carland, and never will be. I get the feeling that the bad reviews here are people who take their cars to Pep Boys and expect dealership quality. I for one keep coming back, even when I have the experience and resources to do things myself.
