The store is located in the historic town of Marshall, MI and I made several 1 1/4 hour trips to do business here. I had an engagement ring made for me by a jeweler in my home state of CA and when I presented it to my fiancée in MI in late August, it was too big!! And we measured at least 3 times. Justin Hodges (owner) resized her correctly in the store and later, he had the ring resized on the same day after I dropped her off at work and while I had lunch in town (NOTE: I paid extra for this expedited service! The price was STILL very reasonable and the SERVICE was incredible!! I had the ring back on her finger when I picked her up from work that afternoon!! ) My second experience was just as terrific as my first. My fiancée was gifted her grandmothers wedding ring. Initially, this ring was her wish for an engagement ring from me. But I had already purchased another diamond! And the ring from her grandmother needed to be completely rebuilt anyway. So after a couple of emails and phone calls from CA with both Cindy and Justin, we agreed to add two small diamonds and create the ring shown. This will be her Christmas present as a "Faith, Hope, Love" ring. As you can see, the ring turned out beautifully and although this is not the largest commission that Justin ever received, the service will bring me back for a long, long time.
