Building has friendly staff and security and location is convenient and not in a congested area,…read moreit`s on a quaint street with mostly homes on one side and mostly locally owned businesses on the other side. This was my first trip to a dispensary, Michigan, and my furthest traveling up north, it made for a great first experience, the staff member who waited on me was very helpful, I originally wanted sativa carts and although they were sold out of those she was able to recommend a sativa leaning hybrid, I ended up purchasing 5 carts and her suggestion was right. Tax is included in the price which sets this place above and beyond for me, originally I was going to a dispensary that is half an hour north of this one but my wife spotted a billboard and told me I should check them out as they were closer, once I noticed the carts I was looking at were $5-8 cheaper (a few dollars more once you factor tax) we ended up going here instead, I must have thanked my wife 5 times on the way home for spotting it. Displays are split down the middle, one side of the room is medical and the other is recreational so you know which cases are the ones your interested in right away, once I let her know I was looking for a 510 thread cart she narrowed it down even more to a middle shelf so it was nice to have the convenience that you feel in a drop down menu when ordering online used in a store, my wife ended up getting a pre-roll for a friend of ours and we got the word back that it was amazing. The carts I got were filled to the top (select brand) I will definitely give them my business again and don't really feel the need to try any other places, not unless the price is significantly cheaper which I don`t see happening.

Not many of the afternoon or weekend employees know anything about what they are selling. I spend more time looking up strains and profiles, than there is flower to choose from. Feel free to stock regularly. Feel free to print terp profiles, those who use to medicate do not care about the thc level. If you can tell me how much thca etc is in the batch, that's what we want to know. Yesterday, every display was full, there was 6 choices between everyday and loudpaks. Ended up going over to sapura, for the 4th time, after wanting and trying to go with the OG reliable. But it's no longer reliable. When we did meet our budtender she came across super technical the entire time and wouldn't let us smell any of the product. They have no kiosks or sample bars. I wouldn't have thought to even make this review. But upon interest in their premium hash rosins I explained I wouldn't really know the profiles unless I could smell them at the very least, then she proceeds to argue with me and say "no, actually you can tell the smell and flavor profiles on the box". Like what?? What a joke of a policy this place deserves no customer service.
