Drive thru did not put all (3) tartar sauce in bag. Drive thru lane was long so I did not go in to request. Not a great experience.

Not only was this our first time to this relatively new location, but our first visit to a Culver's ever! The burger was pretty tasty (note to self, unless you specify, it will be a double patty). The fries (onion rings too) were tasty, but cooled off really quick....we noticed a bunch pre-made under the heat lamp. If it wasn't for this, I'd give a fifth star. What we really liked was the friendly staff, several of them were older, retiree age AND the "yacht rock" playing overhead. We'll go back I'm sure. read more

I've eaten here 3 times since they opened. The burgers are not any better than the other burger places in this area. I think Whataburger is better. The ice cream is delicious! I've gotten ice cream going through the drive thru twice. The first time I ordered a double scoop of chocolate in a cake cone. They gave me the cone as I paid for it. The second time I ordered the same. They put me in the drive thru lanes.Everyone ahead of me had gotten there order and they were starting to give out orders to people that ordered after me. I finally got out my car and went in to retrieve my order. I was so irritated that I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting on a ice cream cone! I doubt I will go back. Dairy Queen gives you your ice cream order at the window. Brilliant idea! read more

I love the truly delicious Grilled Chicken Sandwich. I love that nutritional information is so readily available and best of all I can add or remove ingredients to keep it within my calorie range. The service is always great. To me, they must provide a healthy working environment because the employees are always very happy and kind. I have only enjoyed the call-ahead and drive thru options - both of which are outstanding options btw. And though I don't order my chicken sandwich on bread, I did get it by accident last time and I just gave it a whirl and it was phenomenal. Once in a blue moon I'll get the bread from now on, because it was worth the caloric surplus. read more

NEGATIVE STARS! We have given this location multiple tries and chances. EVERY single time we have had to wait 20+ minutes for our order watching others leave around us as well as dealing with down right rude employees who act as if we are inconveniencing them and interrupting their social hour. We understand it's all stressful times so we have tried to be understanding. This night being reviewed was the last chance. We ordered two vanilla custards, paid, pulled to the middle lane as asked, and then sat there for our usual 20 minutes. When we finally asked an employee who was delivering food to the car on our right to please check on our order, the young man went in, and then came back out to the vehicle beside us to our left (with three vanilla custards) who had pulled up LONG after us. Upon going inside to inquire because this young man didn't say a word to us after coming back out, my husband was ignored as he stood at the counter. When someone was finally willing to help, they informed that there was no vanilla custard. We waited for 20+ minutes and NO ONE CAME TO TELL US WE WERE SITTING FOR NOTHING! They offered to make the order as chocolate, as that isn't an option, they simply handed my husband back the ticket for the mirror and was dismissing him as if that solved the situation. No apology, no wanting to help, and just rude when it was requested to get our money back. Why would I pay $12 for a post it note!? Extremely disappointed. read more

Speed of service is HORRENDOUS!!!!!!! Ordered a milkshake and cheese curds at 5:45pm did not recieve my food till 6:38pm! Was surrounded by cars in the drive thru lanes and was unable to leave because waiting almost an hour is not worth the money!!! read more

Staff and Manager extremely polite. Excellent food, had the pot roast and was what you expect from a big chain restaurant. Very clean too.

Everything I've ever tried is awesome. Portions are very generous. The service, both dining in & drive through take out couldn't be better. The ambiance is casual with plastic & paper but the employees seem to have been trained extensively in customer service....so unusual & refreshing. The Yulee Culver's is not worth going to enjoy a meal or dessert. No Matter what time of the day or night you will wait a ridiculous amount of time for your order. The traffic pattern that your required to drive in and sit for your order must have designed by a seven year old. When you finally receive your dessert order the outside of the cup is covered with melted custard. Tonight we waited 20 minutes for our concrete mixers. The other customers were getting their orders and leaving. We had to call inside the store in the phone for someone to bring us our order. When it arrived it was melted. This Culver's location stinks. I'll just go to Coldstone for my future purchases. read more

I would normally never negatively review a company, but after tonight, I do think it's necessary. I try to give new companies the benefit of the doubt, as well as it's employees, but poor service should be addressed. My husband and I went this evening and ordered two shakes and a small cup of custard, no food. We proceeded to wait at least 30 minutes, and watched around 15-20 other orders get fulfilled ahead of us, who had arrived after we did. These other orders were comprised of food, drinks, custard, etc. it wasn't until I was able to catch an employee and let him know of the situation, that our order was brought to us. This employee was apologetic and definitely hustled, but in the end, the fact that two shakes and a cup of custard took as long as it did was unacceptable. I do believe either better training is needed, or their drive-thru system should be streamlined. read more

We had a nice meal at this culvers this afternoon. Wife had fried shrimp/sides dinner which was very good. The shrimp were tasty, came out hot and the broccoli side was very good. The salad was ok but not exceptional. Husbands burger was a little overcooked and dry, unfortunately. Service was extremely friendly and efficient. Not the fault of the restaurant but we had rather loud customers behind us and at the side of us. This sometimes can't be helped. Otherwise we had a good meal here. read more

I have been to this Culver's quite a few times since it opened and I would recommend them for the food and frozen custard, however they definitely need to take some tips from employees over at Chick-fil-A. Employees here are rude, they rush you way too much so that you can't even decide what you actually want to eat and are just plain not friendly. $14+ for a burger, fries & drink! Yikes. The burger was the sourdough burger which is 2 very thin pattys, on white bread w cheese and a bit of onion. Should be at most $3.99. Soda? Pennies. I ordered 2 medium fries, was even questioned about it, confirmed it and only got 1 order. But paid for two, which contributed to the $14+ price tag. Very frustrating. The cost of food is rocketing skyward. Profiteering is going on in all areas of food. The least they could do is get the order correct. I was asked at the window if I ordered 2 drinks or 1? They obviously don't have a great system. I now regret my 1st review. I should have waited and not written it on my 1st ever visit. You might ask "why didn't you go back and tell them about the fries"? Cus I'm mobility impaired and got home before I discovered this. Which leads me to any Culver's Mgr who may read this...I'm not coming back to see someone just to make it right. Please don't tell me that. Just get it right for all customers. What is going on. I have been eating at Culver's for well over 25 years. Was excited to see one in our area. Not anymore. The wait time for food and custard is way beyond the time I have ever waited at any other Culver's. Now we ordered a $7.00 3 scoop turtle sundae and no whole pecans! Instead just a bunch of ground up (pecan?)dust covering the sundae. Will not be back. read more

Asked if burgers are made fresh to order, was told yes. Not at all, double bacon burger patties were old and not fresh at all. They were cold, not even warm from a heat lamp. The cheese was not even melted, if it was fresh off the grill cheese would have been melted onto the patty. Cheese curds were cold and not fresh, they seem to have been sitting around for awhile. Not impressed with the quality of food, to many other burgers joints out there and don't feel it was worth the price. I guess the honeymoon is over since you opened. read more
