This place is amazing. I love coming here and there's amazing people. I come here so often. The food tastes amazing as well.

Service is always amazing along with the food, the staff is so helpful and friendly making a nice comfortable environment to go to, went in for dine in with a group and they offered us multiple free custards, another time in drive through the manager offered to buy my whole meal. Service absolutely trash, people are so mean, and the food barely tasted good and they think that they're so good at what they do, they're not.. there is barely anyone from how bad the place is I just wanted to check it out see why not a lot of people go there and that's the reason. They need anew manager cause they're awful. Food took more than 45 minutes. Never go here, even McDonald's can do way better. I suggest going somewhere that is not here. everyone is so rude, and if you got employees that can't speak a word in English then they shouldn't be there cause no one can understand what they tried to say and we've been having difficulties with the employees which took longer than it should again I recommend McDonald's or Pancheros best places ever unlike Culver's here in Waukee. read more

Hard to find something good about this place as I found hair in my food on more than one occasion (My wife loves this place) and the orders are NEVER correct. They are fast like most places in Iowa but rarely do they get the food edible (They precook everything so the burgers are not as juicy). read more

A friend and I stopped in for lunch and had a great experience. We each ordered chicken tenders - his 'regular', and mine 'buffalo'. We got a number and awaited our order delivery. We each got a drink at the self-serve station and our orders arrived in relatively short order. The tenders were plentiful, meaty, hot, and tasty. Fries were crisp and hot and very good. Neither of us could finish our meals and we'd both been doing physical work all morning...we may not be the biggest eaters, but I'd guess the servings would suffice most appetites. Counter and delivery service was friendly and there was someone cleaning the dining area while we were there, so it was kept up well. Bathrooms were clean and supplied. All very good! read more

I hate to leave bad reviews since I work in the food industry and I know how hard it can be. But I shouldn't have to go back into a business three different times to get one burger right. Tried to order the pub burger with a plain bun and it took them three different times to get that right. On top of that, they accused my wife of lying about the modification to get free food even though it was right there on our ticket! The next week we had to go back in and get a burger remade due to the wrong cheese being on it even though it was on the ticket as well. Please read your tickets when you're bagging/cooking orders! Unfortunately every time we've gone through the drive thru here we've had issues with our order being wrong or custard being forgotten. We haven't had an issue dining in, but this shouldn't be happening this often in drive thru. read more

I've been here a few times since moving to the area and I have mixed feelings. The food is great. Service at this location is a toss up. Most recent order was sort of late and there weren't many people working. Gave the benefit of the doubt when I got home and much of the order wasn't there. Called and was told due to the time they'd have to send out coupons because it was near closing. That was three weeks ago and nothing. Not sure I'll be going back to this one. read more

This chain does a great job. This place has just opened and I happen to be close and thought I'd check them out. -busy of course. Right by the new IMAX theater. - clean, and new looking outside (place for bicyclists) by the trail. Clean inside so far as well. - well attended registers - kind and very attentive workers. They made sure I had everything I needed with my chicken strips. While I sat and enjoyed my food I noticed a very kind worker Pete checking on people as he delivered food and cleaned up. Kudos to Pete for taking that extra moment to check on people. The drive through was a constant flow as I watched outside the window. - they were training new hires and everyone talked very kind to one another. I finished this sweet treat to myself with a small chocolate custard. Love how it always tastes so good and doesn't mess with my stomach like regular ice cream. Oh yea. You guys rocked it! There are quite a few factors that go into such a low rating. This place is on my commute and is popular with the whole family, so it's an easy and popular place to stop and grab food. Because of that, I've given this numerous chances. Way more than I usually wood for a fast food place. We usually get drive thru. Cons: -When they are busy, it feels almost like sonic. You go through the drive thru, get a number, pull away from the window after you pay, and wait til they bring it out to you. -They regularly get food orders wrong. We now check all our food before we pull away because we have to get food fixed so often. I have also had several instances where an error isn't discovered until we get home. When we've called in, managers have been rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. One told us we should have checked our food before we left and said we changed our food when we got home. Another, Carlos, told me to bring my receipt with my order number (which I provided him over the phone) to get my order remade (would not refund, just remake my order at a future date). When I went in 3 days later with the receipt, I was told they had no record of that and couldn't give me the replacement meal. -I have found hair in my food numerous times in my burgers and ice cream. Today, I found 3 long blonde or silver hairs in my concrete. They were mixed into the ice cream, and no one in our home has long or blonde hair. read more

The burgers are In my opinion a top 3 fast food burger. The onion rings are pretty good as well. Tried to order a malt at 9:30pm on a Friday. The restaurant wa still quite busy even though they were closing at 10. I was told that they didn't have shakes or malts at the moment. When I questioned why they told me it was because they had already cleaned the shake machine. Driver through window staff is terrible. Employee act like they're inconvenienced for simply asking a question about what pints they have. Just over all rude. We frequent this location often and every time I'm at the window the employees just blatantly don't want to be there. read more

Took care of my every need a made my experience one to remember. He also was able to get me extra toppings on my cement mixer that other locations have been out of. Hard to beat their burgers. This place just opened and the lines are out the door. The service is good considering the newness of the restaurant. It takes a while to get the frozen custard. If your Gabby can't converse in English then don't put her in the window. I ordered a pretzel Haus burger value basket. She made it a double without asking. I told her to do the diet root beer. I told her I had the $1 off on a basket coupon. I told her to swap out the fries for cheese curds with ranch. I then ordered 2 double deluxe burgers with a 2 for $6 coupon. I asked for the military discount. She said to pull up. She didn't give me a receipt or I would have caught her errors. The unitemized receipt she placed in the sack showed a extra Single cheese burger that I didn't order. The wrong sandwiches were placed in the wrong sacks. When I got home I called the store and asked for a manager. The gal said call back in 20 minutes we are kinda busy. I told her I will be calling corporate then. I want the overcharges credited.
