Ordered a burger and it was decent, MID at best, plus you could tell the fries had been sitting for a while. The lady who seems to be somehow running the joint, looked me up and down and asked "what do you want," to me it sounded like clearly hates her job‍. She didn't even bother to ask me what size I wanted my order and after I had gotten my cups and asked for a larger size, she copped an attitude for no particular reason. Super unprofessional. Every single staff member was working their tails off, and they were so kind to all of their customers. Culver's was an ok meal. The food was good and came with a free drink + custard. The service was excellent. It was a fast cook time and they brought it right to your table. The prices were a bit high for some meals but the kids was very suitable. Overall I recommend Culver's if you're in Florida because it's a fast meal and it tastes good. read more

Had to hit the drive thru for the kiddos so I decided to grab me something as well, we ordered to kids grilled cheeses and for myself I got the fish dinner. I got both cod and sockeye which I definitely enjoyed the cod more the other fish was tough for texture I didn't like. But wasn't bad for fast food. read more

Horrible service. I waited over 10 minutes while a bunch of so called workers smoked pot IN THE RESTAURANT. My wife has lung cancer and not that it's anyones fault that she does, her wanting some custard as a treat is ruined by a wild bunch of pathetic excuse of so called workers. Shame on you! Bright Ice got out business. I will not only be calling the Health Department tomorrow morning but also corporate. Worse experience ever at this Culver's. They say your food is prepared after you order it. This was not so. In less than 2 minutes I had a dried, over cooked butter burger and like warm fries. Hey Culver's live up to your ad, cooked after you order it. I threw all that crap in the garbage. What a waste of money. The only fresh thing I had was a coke. Cold ice and good coke. Omg! I tried a Mini Frozen Custard in Decadant Chocolate. It was expesive but really creamy and smooth. It tasted so good. I finished it and it hit my stomach LIKE A ROCK! I had terrible pains and bloating and had bad sour milk burps. I couldn't get the taste of dairy out of my mouth I then started to feel really queasy and weak and I felt sick as hell. I am not lactose intolerant - but what the hell. Omg I still feel sick. I would try other foods but I would not do the Frozen Custard again. I heard the fries were hella good tho. As much as I love their food, I absolutely loathe that they make you pull up and wait for your food as opposed to waiting at the window. This is obviously because there is a sensor that keeps their "drive thru times" and I know it's looked at by their bosses... but not one single vehicle came behind me while I waited on my food. Meaning I could have had my food faster by them handing it to my out the window instead of the worker walking all the way out front and hand it to me. read more

We love Culvers however this branch was just off. We have been bragging about how good their ice cream and grilled chicken sandwich to my sisters in law and stepdaughter are but got ripped off. We ordered peanut butter concrete mixer, salted caramel pecan concrete mixer but when it came it was like water and the pecans were still whole and there was no reese's in the peanut butter. My sister in law ordered sundae but came as concrete mixer so we have to return it. We ordered cheese sauce and they forgot about it so we have to ask. The staff were nice though but something was really off since 2 people who were ahead of us had the same problem. It wasn't super busy too. read more

Mushroom burger is juicy and amazing. My first time at Culver's and it's not typical fast food. This one is clean and new. Sweet potato fries are crispy and ice cream is seriously a premium custard. Very pleased. read more

Onion rings and strawberry lemonade slushy we're awesome with real strawberries and whole onions. Mushroom Swiss burger was extremely greasy, literally dripping and soaking the bun. I drove there looking for a veggie burger at the recommendation of a friend. I driven by literally hundreds of times as it's right by my house but never thought they would have any sort of vegetarian option. I don't normally get fast food but I happened to need it the other day as I was running late so I figured I would give it a try. I didn't see the veggie burger on the menu outside so I had to ask when I pulled up to the window. I fully expected the person taking my order to give me attitude for requesting something that wasn't common. But, even though it sounded like someone young they were incredibly professional and friendly. She took the time to make sure that all of the ingredients that came on it would work for me. the meal took a little longer to prepare than I was expecting, but even the guy that brought the food out to my car had a huge smile and was very friendly. The food ended up tasting great on top of it all. I don't get fast food often at all, but I would make an exception for this place. read more

Long line @ drive-thru, so I parked and went inside. Ordered 1 scoop frozen custard. Then Waited, and waited, and waited. Completely ignored by the several staff members @ front counter, who were too busy discussing how "there was sh*t all over the ladies' room this morning when I came in"! Finally, 30 minutes later, 1 counter person suddenly noticed me and asked what I was waiting for. I answered, and they apologized and went to get my custard (which took another 5 minutes). When he delivered my order, I mentioned that the floor in front of the counter was extremely sticky to which he answered "Oh we'll be mopping that a little later." Wouldn't this normally be taken care of immediately, being located in a guest area? After all that, the Frozen Custard (a.k.a. Ice Cream) was OK...nothing special, but OK. This place is brand spanking new. It has the best service of any fast food restaurant I've been to. The food is hot and fresh! I've never eaten at a Culver's before. The fair is similar to Dairy Queen and A&W, but a little bit better. Super clean and we'll staffed. I love getting food from Culver's, it's a place I go to pretty often. However, this location has terrible customer service. I was the only car in the drivethru and the woman working kept telling me "hang on, it'll be a minute" for 5-10 minutes. When I was ordering, she kept ringing up the wrong items. She told me my total was going to be almost double what it should have been - so I pulled up to the window, sat there for over 5 minutes with no service. Nobody came to the window, or acknowledged they had a customer. Very disappointing. I will not be returning to this location. read more
