Almost tasteless custard. Did not know that was even a possibility. Paper glued onto cone and would not release. Will NOT return.

Came with nephew last week as he wanted concrete mixer. For those who don't know what a concrete mixer is, think of it like Dairy Queen's blizzard, Sonic Blast or even McD's McFlurry. Something creamy, delicious and HIGH in calories :) We each got a two patties butter burgers and fries/onion rings. Patties were never frozen and tasted good. It's fast food and don't have high expectations. Overall a good quick meal and desserts was the highlight. I love frozen custard and only wish Culvers offers more fruity flavors than it's almost always chocolate/peanut butter. I only dream there's a Kopps nearby instead of driving an hour to Milwaukee.

Culver's is great, the food and service were excellent! The mushroom and swiss burger and chocolate concrete mixer were both very good.

This is my first meal in Wisconsin and it was pretty good! The staff was very friendly and the drive-thru pretty crowded. I ordered the double butter burger without pickles and it was my first smash burger. There was quite a bit of butter leaking out but honestly the veggies & beef patties tasted very fresh. I would come back here / recommend this place to people. The lighting in the restaurant was slightly dim so I apologize for the photo quality.

The greatest burger I've ever eaten. I hate tomatoes but I wanted to taste the entire Culver's experience, so I took a bite with the thicc tomato slice and it was beyond incredible. Easily a 5/5, could even be a 100/100 tbh. Great food, nice outdoor tables with groovy music, and respectful employees!

First stop in Wisconsin.. Culver's! I had heard about Culver's before, and have always wanted to give it a try. What better way to kick off my first ever trip to Wisconsin. We're staying at a nearby hotel, so we made the easy 15 min walk down Parmenter. Things I noticed right away.. clean, a lot of very friendly staff, and an overwhelming number of delicious menu items. We ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, double mushroom Swiss burger with bacon, and the Rueben to share. We also made a last moment audible to add fries and onion rings! $21.. not bad! While we waited for our food we began filling our water cups and collecting condiments.. enter Will. This man is a gem, Culver's made the right choice hiring him! He's kind, funny, and giving. He checked to make sure we had everything we needed, offered and got us hot sauce from behind the counter, and even checked in on us once we had our food.. don't let this man go! My Culver's experience lived up to its expectations! The food was fantastic, and even an hour later I'm feeling good (no fast food indigestion.) The chicken was fresh/hot, perfectly seasoned, crispy, and moist. The burger was fantastic, clearly fresh beef patties! The Rueben..... the BEST I've had- and I'd like to think I've had some killer and authentic Rueben's in my lifetime. Oh also... the frozen custard, fantastic! I've had some serious regional fast food let downs in the past, and I'm so glad that Culver's hit above the bar. If you're not already booking your tickets to the Midwest.. you should. Cheers!

They can't get an order correct ever. Just went through the drive thru and ordered a hamburger. I specifically said NO CHEESE!!! The order slip says NO CHEESE. I'm deathly allergic to dairy!!! So they put cheese on my hamburger. Cause they're trying to kill me. It's an absolute waste of money to go to any Culvers.

I'm a fan of this chain restaurant. This Middleton location is probably the easiest for me to get too. I like the chicken strip value meal. Upgrade fries to Onion Rings. I can usually find a dollar off coupon somewhere (back of my women's basketball ticket or newspaper). It's just a nice filling dinner. Usually the staff is super friendly and professional. This night was a bit off but I will chalk it up to kids coming back to work after a holiday and they were happy to see each other.

Frozen custard: Chocolate, vanilla, and caramel turtle swirl. So good!!

Affordable, fast, and yummy! Loved their Deluxe burger and chocolate frozen custard! Choco frozen custard was soo smooth and creamy--you won't be able to look at ice cream the same! p.s. their cheese curds are pretty good too!

Not the traditional single scoop size!

I visited this Taco Bell (Middleton, Wisconsin), walking in to get food to go. As I approached…read morethis location, I was pleased to see how new and inviting the storefront was, along with the cleanliness of the premises. As I entered, I was immediately amazed at how clean and well-kept the inside was as well....it was immaculate. This is even more impressive because I came here shortly after dinnertime. While inside, I approached the menus in the front of this business and then I realized why this Taco Bell was so clean. As I started to glance through the menu, a young lady kindly asked if I was ready to order while she was cleaning and organizing the store. I said I'd be ready in just a couple of minutes, so she told me to just let her know when I'm ready and she would be happy to take my order. This young lady was well worth whatever she was making because not only was she hardworking, but she had a kind demeanor, which is excellent for customer service. In addition, she was also wearing a headset and working the drive-thru, so she was obviously taking multitasking to a whole new level. Shortly after I ordered my meal with her, a friendly and professional young man gave me my food, and he was kind enough to engage in some small talk with me. As with the young lady, this young man knows customer service. I love to engage with friendly people. Immediately after returning to my nearby hotel room, I quickly devoured my meal. I suspect that the young man who delivered my food was also the one who made it. He did a great job; It was delicious. The majority of Yelpers who have visited this Taco Bell gave it a poor rating, which is really confusing to me. That was certainly not my experience. If I'm ever back in the area, I'm stopping here for a great meal and friendly service.

Arby's - Evidence that poor taste is rampant.

It is easy to overlook the commonplace, especially ubiquitous national fast food chains like…read moreArby's. But it is important to congratulate who many may perceive as ordinary particularly when they consistently do an extraordinary job. Such is the case with the Arby's in Middleton out by the Costco. I and my family have been coming here since they opened a number of years ago. The store has always been clean and well lit with welcoming and courteous employees. Indeed, we have tried their patience many a Friday night as various parts of our extended family get together there for dinner. Maybe 15 or so of us, with little kids to boot. We can sometimes be like a plague of locusts decending upon the store--kids, wrappers, straws, chiding parents and grandma flying about. We always have to apologize for visiting our plague upon them. Yet they are always hospitable and tolerate our clan with grace and aplomb. (We do make extra efforts to clean up after ourselves though so that helps, I think). While many other things have changed over the years in Madison, this hasn't. Admirable, hey? I've always considered Arby's as a place for adult fast food. The menu does not particularly cater to children, although there are certainly many things children would like. Chicken strips, ham and cheese sandwiches, fries, etc. The menu is a little upscale with interesting sandwiches and salads, all at modest prices. They always seem to have interesting and fun specials. Now, they are doing a Hawaiian fish sandwich special. "Meat from the sea," is how they describe it. Tasty breaded fish fillet, tomato, cheese, and tartar sauce sandwiched between a Kings Hawaiian sweet bread bun. The bun was a little soft for my taste. But they were just like that when I have them growing up in Hawaii.. So all told, just as it should be. Tasty! At under $7 including tax, that's a good value! Also, great curly fries and a fine selection of condiments (Arby's sauce, horseradish, hot sauce, and ketchup--all out of pump dispensers) and a nice selection of soft drinks. They even have Diet Dr Pepper on their self serve fountain. My favorite! Finally, I love their selection of music that they play. It is a nice mix just right for someone like me who just splits the line between Baby-Boomer and Generation Xer. There have been a few times when they have played long-lost but much loved songs which I quickly put onto my Apple Music playlist never to be forgotten about again. (Tom Tom Club anyone?) I've been to other Arby's around town but this is by far the best. (Second place goes to the one on E. Washington Ave.--same solid menu and people. Just not quite as neatly kept). See you there! ----- Update - - thought I would try their new pork belly sandwich. I received an advertisement and have to say the picture was enticing. The pork belly is not too bad for fast food. It is served on a kaiser roll with some barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. Worth a try, especially with the coupon for a free drink and fries with purchase of the sandwich ($5.79). I think it may have been better if my sandwich was warm. It and the curly fries were pretty cold and seemed just slapped together. The fountain machine was also not functioning and then had no ice when they were able to start it up. There were also people hollering in the kitchen which startled me, even over the music in the store which they had blaring. Still pretty good music though. Management changed a number of months ago and I've noticed quality and service have declined noticeably, even for a fast food restaurant. This has been true for my last three visits. Sadly, it is definitely not the same store as when I wrote my first review.

Very poorly run, food took about half an hour most of the time we were the lead car. Asked no lettuce (it makes me sick) and lettuce all over my sandwich. My triple decker sandwich should have had peppered bacon, turkey, and ham. It had no ham. The bacon and turkey were good, but I had to eat the top half as everything else was coated in lettuce. My wife ordered au jus, and there was barely any in the cup. The Orange shake was good. What they seem to be doing is making several orders then taking them out, not checking them or keeping track at all, as they ask you what you had, and just glance in the bag. Fries were so-so. Most were crispy, but some were uncooked, soft, cold, and completely gross. So - the food and Arby's in general, I love the food. But this location - going downhill, and during COVID closure conditions, just don't go here. It will take you half an hour to an hour (for being the third car in, this was awful). Some places get you in and out - Popeyes gets through a drive-thru line very fast. Nothing really has to be cooked for more than 5 minutes at Arbys (Fries/chicken are really it). Extremely dissapointed. Taco Bell/WhichWhich are better options just slightly down the street.
