People were coming out quickly but no one was ever taken in. 45 minutes later our table was called only to find the table hadn't been cleaned or set. Enter server, who had never seen a smile before apparently. We got drinks taken but needed time to decide. That was the last time we saw her until I asked another server to finally order. We did order but the food was not good at all; swimming in grease. Getting a drink refill was near impossible with yet another different server having to do that. After the meal a fourth person had to bring boxes and a to go bag. Our original server, who did nothing, finally brought the check. I understand weekends are busy, however, there was ZERO interest in us or our patronage. Couple it with the blessing out the cook was getting from a "manager" in the kitchen I'll be giving this place a hard pass for a while. It definitely did not live up to my previous experience. As for ambiance I can honestly say there was none. If you want alcohol for breakfast it might be the right spot because all the service happened at the bar.

The first pitcher was dry before the waitress asked if we needed another. The person whose birthday we were celebrating ordered their meal first and got their food last (by quite a bit, half of the party was done eating already). And when they brought his food out, it was the wrong order. He went up to let us know it was wrong (because our waitress was missing) . He could see his order in the counter, but was told that order was a mistake and he received the right thing. We had two orders at the same table with one very small difference (an ingredient missing on one) and the two were blatantly different. Between slow service, wrong orders, and no accountability this place seriously disappointed tonight. It's a shame, in my opinion they were one of the best wing spots in the area, but they have obviously let their quality control drop.

Have eaten at other Culver's in other parts of the country. Loved Them! THIS ONE IS A BIG GIANT NO! My daughter had never gone, so I took her. What a mistake. Apparently, if you are not a senior citizen, this location doesn't want your business. We were literally PUSHED from the drink machine by an EMPLOYEE getting refills for a table of seniors. Then we waited and waited and waited and WAITED for our food. The servers were all standing at tables of older people talking and bringing out samples continuously back and forth. When our food finally came, it was COLD! When I complained, they said "we're busy". YEA, busy SMOOZING Old FOLKS. GTFO with that mess. Keep your food. I'll keep my money. read more

First off let me start by saying I had never heard of this place until over a year ago. When I first tried them I was honestly hooked immediately. The Culvers delux is my go to and the fries are to die for. The staff are always smiling and joking with one another which I love. Typically when their is no joking and all business I notice its bring the mood down of staff and customers. And the drive through? They could have cara lined up for a block and would still make sure everyone got their food quickly while ensuring it's perfect. Love this place! read more

The food is delicious. I absolutely love the Culver's deluxe! The line could be wrapped around the building, but the staff are always so quick to get the food to the customer without anyone getting under or over cooked food. I've never received a bad order or wrong order. I actually haven't been inside before, but what I can see from the pick up spot in the drive through its looks really really nice! I come here a lottttt. My rating is more for the ice cream than the food. I get ice cream from here all the time lol and the chili cheese fries!!! Soooo good. My son loves coke products (me too) so we love their drink options. I do have a problem with cashier's asking if you want sauce for your side but not telling you it will cost extra. That's just not cool to me. Especially since their ranch really sucks. Our food was done quickly. My only issue is the onion rings were not hot, but I was too tired to say anything. The burgers were good, as expected. Overall it's a nice Culver's location. I think there should be some more training for cashier's, but I'd visit again.
