Pulled up at 1:52 for the 2-5 bogo mixers and had to pull around and wait till 2:00 mark to even get my order. Dumbasses if you ask me and I worked at Culvers for 3 years and it was a simple customer service common fix. Wasted 10 extra minutes of my lunch break. read more

CHEESE CURDS!!!!! YUMMY!!! Great burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. Price is a bit expensive, BUT it is fresh and not frozen and everything is made to order. read more

Order burger with well done fries. Food delivered white fries. I ask person to take back and make them crispy brown as I ordered. He grunted looked at them without a comment. I ate my burger still waiting on fries 15 MINUTES. I decided to leave stop by counter. person that took my order was standing there outside the counter. I told her the fries I ordered with her not prepared as I ordered and never got them as I sent them back. Oh you will have to speak with my manager. Manager turns around with fries. Same guy that delivered my food, told him I was leaving as he tried to hand to me. What a joke. Culvers this guy could care less about your business. Wont be coming back Ill go to Steak and Shake. Oh also ask him to clean the table I was sitting at and I noticed other tables needed to be cleaned. That never happened. Quality pf burger not as good as first opened staff could care less. unhappy patron read more

Food's usually wrong, custard takes 20 minutes or more, dining room is dirty, put too much salt on everything. With as much staff as they have at night you'd think things would run smoother but they don't. Other people say well they've only been open for a short while, well then that's a training problem then that if in three months you can't get you act together something is wrong. I recommend spending your money and time somewhere else. read more

I am taken back to my Uncle's Farm in Northern Illinois. Lunch was an important part of the day. My Aunt would serve real food on the kitchen table. We ate while we listened to the daily market report and Paul Harvey. I thought restaurant's with this much quality and care were long gone. This is not the fast food, dog food, you get in 60 seconds from the neon embellished joint up the street. You order your food, they make your food fresh, and they bring your food out to you. I'm glad they are here in Largo, maybe their quality will rub off on the burger-in-a-bag stores. They surpassed all my food quality expectations. read more

They have over cooked my hamburger and cheese curds and on top of that the service is terrible never coming here again.

Have been there several times and food was ok not great. But today the burger was inedible, thin, crispy, burnt edges. The cheese wasnt melted. Butterscotch shake had no flavor-- vanilla with a few drops of butterscotch. Won't be back read more

First timer at Culvers and I was impressed! The burgers were great and the cement mixers were delish

I haven't dined in this place yet, but I visited twice and went thru the drive-thru. Based on food and drive-thru service only... The food comes out hot because it's made-to-order, which is the reason why you have to drive up to the drive-thru "wait" spot. As far as quality... i would recommend this place for dessert. The burger's are no match to the likes of Five-guys, In-n-out, and Shake Shack. I tried the burger melt and butter burger with cheese (one for each visit) and they didn't have much taste to it. I tried both the regular fries and sweet potato fries... and the regular fries were the better option. The sweet potato fries came out burnt. The cheesecurds are the better option of a side, but they are $1 extra. But the milkshakes and frozen custards are creamy and delicious. I recommend the marshmallow creme and butterfinger bits shake. Also, the menu variety isn't that much, but what do you expect from typical American fast food? read more

I moved to florida from midwest. I love culvers never had a problem with it til now. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru while everyone else got their food. This has happened twice. Then we decide to go inside this time and same thing we didnt get our food for like 20 minutes. There was absolutely no one in there so something needs fixing. read more

The staff was pleasant and the dining room clean. I'm just not a fan of any of the food. I returned a sandwich and my husband and father in law left half their meal on their plates. read more

A nice change from typical fast food. However expect to wait after placing your order...it will take about 10min to make your food. It's a fresh made burger/fries/shake. read more

Awesome fast food, amazing service, great variety. I have never seen a Culver's before excellent experience highly recommend.

Burger joint with fast delivery to your table. Seats are limited and the place was busy for dinner at 6:30. Good burgers at a fair price. They have military and/or senior discounts. We will try the desserts on the next visit. read more

What I love about Culver's is that you get to sit down and have a good burger and fries for a decent price. This is what fast food restaurants should be. Not only are the burgers made fresh but they are delicious. A mix between Steak and Shake's steak burger with a buttered bun. They put your lettuce and condiments on the bottom bun so you don't have the grease soaking the bun. The French fries are old school crinkle fries and they are always hot, not like your usual fast food fries at all. This place is perfect if you are on a McDonald's budget but want a Five Guys Burger. The ice cream is the real treat through. I could never taste the difference between custard and ice cream until Culver's. They have the best Custard and dessert menu. I love their daily flavor. They make ice cream like a cold stone or marble slab but it is with custard and you can bring a pint home with you. This place is a family friendly environment and if you're looking for something out of the normal but are craving a good burger, this is it. Makes me wish all fast food restaurants were on their level. read more

Hands down the best fast food burger i have tried, the sides are ok but the custard....Is a great way to finish a meal..im a big fan of custard as the added egg yolks and cream make the base flavor (my favorite) vanilla sooo much better read more

This is a nice place to go for fast food. I always get the cashew chicken and it is good. Their ice tea is pretty good too.

YUM!!!! The food is delicious and staff is very friendly. Totally a hidden gem and if you haven't been, be sure to go!

Well i just moved from WI and i love Culvers so when i heard there was one in Largo i had to check it out. When i got there the dive though line was all the way in the road and there was a wait A WAIT for a table. The food and icecream was as amazing as always. When i saw that it only had 3.5 stars i was distraght. I mean clearly people like it because of how many people were willing to WAIT fir their fast food. So i felt the need to write a review cause who doesn't like Culver's? Anyways FL needs more of these. 5 STARS (sorry for any spelling errors my phones spell check isnt working) read more

I was just at the drive through at Culver's, and I wanted to mention that the customer survive is above and beyond great!:) While I was ordering my salad, they had 4 different types of salads and I was not sure what kind I wanted to take, so the girl would explain it to me 20 times what each salad included without being rude or sounding annoyed. Also when I was on my way to pick up my order the other girl was really nice and sweet. Once again the best customer service I had in my whole life :) I also really recommend the butter burgers, those are REALLY delicious. read more

Inexcusable experience yesterday. Waited in their drive through while four cars ahead of us placed and received their order. We had driven considerably out of our way, but did so knowing we would arrive before they close at ten. It was 9:45 when we arrived. At 9:55 we rolled up to the speaker, only to have a pre recorded message tell us they were closed. What? Their lights were still on, no one had cut off the line, we had waited for ten minutes, and there were three cars behind us. How dare they be so rude? More to the point, how does a manager allow this to happen? I'm convinced this is part of a bigger problem.. We were disturbed enough to leave a comment on their website this morning. Obviously they only address these issues on Mon-Fri during their normal business hours. I shouldn't have to be the one to tell them, they operate seven days a week and someone should be looking after the corporate interests on the weekends too, You are supposed to be a chain, you franchise stores, pick up your game. This isn't a criticism of their food, nor the polite young staff if it wasn't for those redeeming factors, they would receive NO stars. This is an indictment of their management. Truly lacking. read more

This was my first time visiting a Culver's. For those of you unfamiliar with this privately-held, 500- restaurant chain originating in Wisconsin, this is a modified fast-food concept with a much more expansive menu. You order at the counter, get your own drinks (soda/tea) and the staff brings the food to you. We went on a Sunday in the early evening, and it was BUSY with families. Great to see people excited about a new place! I really wanted to like it. But it's going to take another visit to see whether they get their newly-opened kinks ironed out. They don't really have their systems worked out for food delivery . You are given a number to place on your table, however, based on the design and floor plan (cute but inefficient), the servers can't see all the tables from one vantage point. So they wander around, with your food getting cold, looking for the numbers. We had to direct one young server to a family outside (he never thought to look there) after he circled the inside room three times. We know they had been waiting 20+ minutes (as we watched their child take a decent nap) and then there was something amiss with their order. Issues like this slow down the entire throughput. Table turn was slow and everyone was waiting for food. The staff is very pleasant and eager to please, so still promising! The delivery issue and disorganization are problems that could easily solved by some simple technology. On to the food - definitely a better quality burger, fries, etc. than the fast food kings. But, unfortunately, the other details to justify the higher price were lacking that evening- cold, dry burger, cheese not melted, limp bacon, unripe tomato, and bun not toasted all the way. These are the things that count when you are being asked to pay more, wait for food, but not get full service. Being fair, the price was still under any true sit down place and there is no alcohol to tempt you to drive up your bill while waiting :) French fries were awesome. Cheese curds were OK. They don't have the tang or texture of the best Wisconsin curds and are more like curd-size mozzarella balls, but there is always the Dunedin Brewery for an awesome cheese curd. We did not try the desserts, which I have to say, really looked good and may be the reason to always have a burger here vs. another fast food place where they can put the fast in fast food. Let's just say, there were a ton of their signature custards and concrete mixers going down on a hot July night!! Hopefully, they get the kinks worked out , because it was very clear from the crowd that people in this area are excited about having a family choice that's a step-above McD +BK. But look out Culver's on the burger front, if In-N-Out Burger ever makes it to our area. read more
