A total must go! The staff is epic. It was 10pm on the dot and they still served us. The ice cream was soooo beyond yummy. Milk shake had some many fresh strawberries it was delicious. We have been going to Culvers in Tradition since it opened. The store is clean and the staff is wonderful! We love the fish and chips! We went today and for some reason, didn't get a receipt. When we got home and opened our food we were shocked at how small the fish filets were! They were always at least 8 inches. Today they were barely 5 inches long! They were delicious but I'm not rich and can't afford 30.00 for 4 small pieces of fish, one order of ff, and 2 coleslaws! Back on the hunt for some good fish :( I will not be back. read more

Rode into town after a 16 hour drive from KY. It was late and almost closing time, but Food was great and just what we needed to sit down and enjoy a meal. I like the Kids meal has an ice cream included too. This applies to Culver's Jensen Beach. I wanted a certain ice cream flavor from the frozen pints. After taking it out, I saw it had expired 2 days ago. So I asked for a discount. I was denied. Manager said it had to be thrown out and proceeded to throw out some other expired pints. Since the date is a "best by" date and it was only 2 days expired, why doesn't Culver's have a policy to sell it at a discount? It made me sad to see all of those pints go in the trash. read more

I went to Culver's for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. It took about 30 minutes of waiting in line/in a parking spot to get it. Eventually I did, and it was very disappointing. It had very thick, seemingly old slices of red onion, ketchup, mustard, pickles and cheese. The bun tasted hard and stale and the burger patty was very well done and cold. French fries are crinkle cut, they were also cold and not crispy. I would've definitely preferred McDonald's. 2 stars because I've had the cheese curds and they were great. read more

A new "fast food" restaurant here in Stuart. Curiosity brought me to try this place, grand opening coupons helped as an incentive. Food quality was surprisingly good. Great menu for almost everyone's needs. Glad to know the chain offers Malted shakes that are super thick and delicious. The staff is friendly, efficient, clean cut, and well trained. The service here is horrible. We waited for over 45 minutes for our food( on a non busy night). Plus after waiting they got our orders wrong. They did not inform us about something that we ordered not being offered anymore. When they "redid" the wrong order they got that one wrong as well. read more

I ordered through curbside pick up online, made a mistake with timing when I was picking up my order. But the manager was so sweet and didnt want to give us cold food, so she had our order completely remade at no extra cost. I am so pleased with the service here and the food is always delicious! Store is recently opened and perhaps they have not ironed out all the wrinkles yet. I ordered to dine in then had a to go order. Service was poor, order taker never smiled and was not friendly either time I ordered. Second order was wrong and of the 4 custards one we caught the mistake before leaving but another was also made incorrectly. Also had to get a refund because though I order a side they gave me French fries and then charged me for the side I ordered. Green beans are good but the hamburgers are bland. Like Sonic the condiments are on the bottom bun. If you are like me and don't want to deal with a soggy bun or eat the burger upside down then this is not a good choice for getting a burger. Maybe a few months from now they will be a better place to eat..right now they don't have it all together. read more

LOUD, too loud for us to even hear our cashier. Our first visit and probably last. Took 15 minutes to get food, burger was greasy and cheese wasn't even melted. Chicken tenders are truly tasteless, only sweet and sour sauce gave it flavor. Frozen custard was fair, not worth the trip just for custard. Not sure how us senior citizens would survive on that food, or be able to talk to one another with so much noise. Hope others find it edible, not to our taste. read more

Dude I freaking love Culver's and usually deal with pretty on point customer service but the other night (May 10th) my boyfriend daughter and I went there & it was busy don't get me wrong but once it was my turn to order I did, and then when the girl asked if that was it I said yes. Keep in mind.. the line wasn't moving they were busy as hell so we were chilling in front of the intercom for a couple minutes but I immediately went "Wait! I'm sorry I need a milkshake as well" the girl took the order, then came back on the intercom and told me to just continue my order when we got up to the window even though she just said she took the milkshake. Whatever, I get to the window the girl rudely tells me that they have my food here right now and if I want to order my MILKSHAKE to go around and come back through the line... after they already took it, changed their mind then told me to order the milkshake at the window. Dumb shit. So I looked at her and was like you literally already took my milkshake order... why would I have to go all the way around AGAIN to order it when you changed your mind 3x. She cut me off and just repeated herself. Then my boyfriend started to get upset. I calmed him down paid for my food and then I heard one of the other workers say some slick shit to the girl which then this little girl wanna say "I'm not playing right now". It was just... the most dusty situation ever & made ZERO sense. If not for my daughter being in the back seat she would've gotten cussed out decent. Another family came in they turned to look at them and that was it. None of the employees said anything to any of us so we left and won't be returning. The worse customer service ever. Never have I been treated so poorly as I was today. These kids with poor attitudes need direction in customer service. If someone has never been to your restaurant and doesn't know how it works they should explain. The young man that took my order didn't explain anything to me. Everything is an up charge and you don't know until you pay the bill. This place is poorly managed by young kids who don't know how to treat people. The food was good but not worth how I was treated. Just wanted some food for me and my family. I got there and they were extremely busy and only had one person working the register. It was very unorganized: disappointed. Once my family and I were finally able to order the girl taking our order did not not have good communication skills and should not have been taking the orders. She seemed as if she were new and didn't know what she was doing. On top of that the employees in the back were yelling and playing around creating a bad atmosphere. I even saw the butt crack off one of the employees; it was not pleasant. When the food arrived it was incorrect, so I had to go back to the counter to get it fixed, although it should have been right the first time. Once we finished eating I ordered a concrete mixer. I was extremely excited for the ice cream however I noticed a strand of hair of my ice cream. I told one of the employees and he looked at me like I was dumb and like he didn't not want to redo my order. I was shocked because he acted as if I was supposed to keep something with hair in it. Called the manager, Joe, who indicated that he was the one who was working the drive thru when we went through. The manager? Nice quality control. So I'm home with a child who's crying because everyone else has food and he doesn't have anything. Joe's response - sorry, I can send you a bunch of coupons. Stop it! I want my money back, which still doesn't fix the problem. He said I have to come in for a refund for the missing burger. Hmmm Joe, I want a refund for the whole order. Last week I sat in the drive they for 30 minutes. Cars kept passing by, finally a yelled out of my window to get somebodies attention. They "couldn't find" my order, and then brought me out a cold bag of food that was obviously made 30 minutes ago. Manager came out and apologized. So this week I decided to try it again, ordered my food, pulled up to wait. 10 minutes go by. One employee came out to my car and asked me what I ordered, I told him. About 5 minutes later, another employee came out and asked me what I ordered. He then came back out and told me they charged me for the wrong thing and I needed to pay more. I told him to just forget it, refund my money, I don't want there food anymore. He takes my card, comes out 5 minutes later with my card and a bag of food. Didn't refund my card and handed me a bag that STILL didn't have the right order in it. They really need to get it together, do some re-staffing, because whatever they've got going on right now isn't working for them. Good way to throw your money away. read more

Today is May 3rd 2020 9:15 PM. I just came back from this Culvers after purchasing 2 small ice cream cones for 5 bucks. The amount of ice cream put on these cones were almost nothing and about 2 inches over the rim of the cone! I asked the guy at the window if this was normal and he said yes it was! If this is true all I can say is WHAT A RIP OFF! The food is good there but I will NEVER EVER go there again if they feel that they need to rip people off on ice cream cones to make a living! read more

Been to this place a few times since they opened. Just a few months ago, they opened the first location near us in Jensen Beach, FL. We have never been to another Culver's and may never try now. The food is really good, so my wife would be surprised by a bad review since I go out and pickup in the drive thru. It is their customer service that is a complete fumble. Multiple times I have been greeted (inside or drive-thru) by super happy people who try their very best to be super positive and friendly. The problem, they do not hear anything you say. Or maybe it is because they put untrained employees as their first impression to the customer. They are so focused on putting on a good smile and filling seats, they don't know their product menu, they don't know what's on special, and they don't know what you are saying. They just do not listen to their customer. So if you cannot hear the customer, what is the point??? I have made numerous complaints after each incident and the person who takes the complaint, again is very nice, and has even offered a free meal as an apology. This has now happened three times. Not once has the actual manager come out to speak to me. Not once! He did intervene during the order when the employee couldn't answer a question. When he was done the employee had paid zero attention to her manager and circled right back to the problem. It is no wonder there is such a high turnover of employment here. The owner needs new management to run a smooth restaurant or close it down. read more
