My husband and I have been here twice. The costumer service is fine, but I'm not crazy about the ice cream. I know the add-ins are the reason to come, but without that, the ice cream consistency and flavor are lacking something. If adding lots of things to your ice cream is something you enjoy then certainly try it. For me, I'd rather have a better ice cream to start. read more

Hello everyone, today I got the birthday cake remix at Cold Stone Creamery. The lady who made my ice cream was very nice. The ice cream was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend checking out cold stone. read more

Cold stone never disappoints! We went with the strawberry Blonde and the Chocolate Devotion which were both excellent. We love the fact you can add in any extra toppings and they will mix it into the ice cream for you on the cold bar Highly recommend getting the waffle cone as they are made fresh in store aswell read more

This place changes their hours of operations so often it will give you whiplash and they also do not update it here on Google. To make the situation worse I walked into the store at 8:55 and was told they were closed even though their new hours clearly said 9. I understand wanting to close up and go home but if I made it in before you close with more then enough time for them to make me two desserts I should still be served. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Waffle cone and chocolate. Almost like a bowl of ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Jensen Beach, Florida

Customer Service is DEAD!!! I visited this store twice over the last two weeks. The employees never acknowledged me or asked for my order on either visit. When I said thank you, the employee mumbled uh-huh. On the second visit there was a long black hair in my ice cream. When I showed the employee, he said that's weird nobody has hair like that here. Offered to make a new ice cream or a bottle of water, but by this time I don't want anything from this store. Never offered a refund, just puzzled employees thinking the situation is weird. read more

Really good service and ice cubes of course wonderful and no complaints at all. I've been visiting Port St. Lucie and a discounted gift card from Sams Club so I came over and they were very friendly. The lady behind the counter was a Dallas cowboys fan. She was pretty cool overall. read more

Dont bother with a custom cake, they dont read the special instructions and no one picks up the phone to check on the order. Its hit or miss with the manager and just offer a discount on a future cake, Wht would I use them again? Order days ahead so you have a recovery time when they mess it up. Good Luck read more

Amazing I loved the ice cream so much I loved the service so much! So nice inside. Loved all the flavors!

My first time ever trying this place out... it's a pretty shop but only problem is the staff. I came in and didn't feel welcomed at all no hello or nothing, also I felt rushed to pick something, and the staff didn't have a good attitude at all don't think I will be coming back... at least to this location read more

You guys are very nice you guys Serve smoothie ice cream I'll give you a 100th for you

When we called to verify the time they closed ,since we were driving 40 minutes to get there, they did not sound professional. We got there and ordered. Friend paid for her items. We one to pay and the price was $51. We ordered a medium cup, pint and a medium waffle cone. When I questioned the $51 it was determined that they charged me for ours and the ticket that was before us. They Didn't want to cancel the ticket. They had us pay and then just gave us cash. I didn't think it was professional. read more

Love their flavor combos (like berry cheesecake). This location was clean, staff was polite, fast, and patient with orders.

Just stopped by this coldstone creamery and found out it was closed. Nbd. I'm not trying to open up the store if it is closed. However, I did wave to the girl on the inside of the store as I wanted to ask if she knew if the Stuart location was open seeing as Jensen was closed for some ice cream event. No one at The Stuart location was picking up. Instead of coming to the door and just answering my question, she completely ignored me and left me standing there. After waving twice, I just left. I normally would just let it go but I was looking to pick up a coldstone cake for a birthday celebration for a recently deceased friend with special needs who always made it a tradition to get a coldstone cake. I just found it extremely off-putting that she couldn't take the short walk to the front door to answer my question. Poor customer service and just plain rude. I guess to her I looked like the type of person to be hellbent on purchasing ice cream at 11am on a Saturday! read more

This is the worse place i have ever gone into....the girl in this place are so rude ,so disrespectfull....beyond what i thought about this place...please don't go in here they don't know how to make thêse ice cream ất all read more

Teenager behind the counter was more interested in chit-chatting with her friends than waiting on customers. I left after 15 minutes with no ice cream. There was only one customer in front of me. Apparently a friend. Won't be back. read more

if I could give 0 I would, the staff is extremely rude. I clearly asked for a kiddy cone with cotton candy and we received chocolate. I went Back to the window and stated that we asked for cotton candy and not chocolate. The girl them stated that she will have to charge me, I asked why when the mistake was made on their end she then proceeded to slam the window in my face. Maybe the owner should be more careful with who they hire, you will never have my business again. read more

I ordered a cake for my mother for Mother's Day. When I went to pick up the cake, I was very disappointed with it. First, it was smaller than I ordered over the phone. I asked the young man I spoke to for the largest available round cake and I received the smaller one. It seemed as though the man who got the cake from the back from me was the manager and did not even apologize for the mistake that his employee/coworker had made in placing this order. Also, his attitude and customer service was extremely poor. I told him that it was alright and I would just take the cake anyway even though it wasn't exactly what I ordered, and he made it seem like it was my fault that the accident happened in the first place. Because of the customer service and the fact that my cake order was wrong and poorly executed, I will never be spending money here again. read more

Not happy !! The people are very rude who work there . We Asked 4 times for a rocky road , by the time I got my ice cream it was all melted cause they took forever . Won't be going back! read more

This place deserves every bad review it has received. I have given them so many chances & every time I come here the customer service is absolutely horrible. The staff is extremely rude & disrespectful to every customer that comes in. DO NOT even bother placing an online order in hopes of picking it up when you get there, they never pay attention to the orders placed & are rude when you ask them to please make your online order. Today was the last time I will ever go here. Leaving this long review is probably about as useless as the staff here. As much as they are the problem, I'm sure the owner is worse because based on all the bad reviews of this place they clearly do not care about any customers. Good luck to anyone who goes here. I can't believe I even had to give this place a 1 star review just to get this review to be posted. That's how bad it is. read more

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a cake weeks in advance, explained exactly how I wanted the cake. Owner helped new employee take the order. Explained he would be making the cake and understood the detail. I paid and tipped over 20% clearly a mistake as the cake is nothing to how its suppose to be and the top looks like you let a 5 year old decorate it. Don't waste your money go to carvel if you want an ice cream cake. read more

I was watching while the person scooping my ice cream (new employee, I guess?) used her hand to put part of the ice cream that was falling out back in my cup, no gloves or anything. Gross, so I threw it away. The person who scooped my husband's ice cream did a great job at not touching his though. read more

This location is by far the best in town due to the amount of work that Stephanie puts into the variety of beautifully chocolate dipped cones & waffle bowls, cakes and many other ice cream variety packs. Came tonight at 9:35 pm as website said you were open until 10 pm. Shocked to find the place dark and the doors locked. We had to find somewhere else to get our ice cream fix. You really should post accurate opening and closing times as we went out of our way to get there. read more

I have been a customer for quite awhile now but I don't plan on returning after today. I ordered an ice cream online so my order could be ready when I get there. It was not ready even though I arrived 10 mins after it was promised and on top of that they gave me a shake in a cup instead of ice cream in a bowl?? I paid extra for gummy bears and they were not included. They employees are rude. He walked away after saying "here's your shake" and immediately started tending to another customer so I didn't tell him I ordered ice cream, I just left. Going to try Carvel next time. I strongly suggest you do the same. read more

Cold Stone is glorious! According to the website, there are 11 million possible ice cream creations, so you truly can eat the ice cream of your dreams. I adore the cake batter flavor ice cream with strawberries, graham cracker, caramel & whipped cream! I think I have tasted every flavor and each one is creamy and fresh. For the uninitiated, this is how it works: you go in, pick your flavor of ice cream, and then choose any combination of toppings which the employee will mix by hand for you on the "cold stone", a freezing slab that keeps your ice cream frozen and at the same time makes your mix-in's cold as well. There are usually 15 or so different flavors to choose from, depending on the store, and hundreds of toppings (mix-in's). It's an ice cream lover's paradise! This may sound corny, but the sound of the cold metal spoons clicking against the cold slab as the employee mixes your ice cream is really an enjoyable sound! Maybe it's just part of the anticipation of eating THE BEST ICE CREAM EVAR. Love you Cold Stone. You're so tasty, my diet doesn't even care when I break up with it to come see you on the weekend. read more

Today I picked up a small specialty cake. What a mess. It is a sloppy cake. Poorly put together. Not happy at all. I am glad I waited in the car while my husband went inside the Jensen store location and I saw the messy cake when I got home. If I would of went into the store myself I would of had no choice than to bring out my New York attitude on the staff there. So again I am not happy with their cake. read more

Idk gift cert., not super impressed with the cookie / ice cream combo or brownie ice cream combo . The service was nothing to write home about either . Went there tonight and the girl behind the counter was super rude. Then they gave my fiancé a Brownie Explosion with no brownies and when he questioned it they gave him an attitude and complained they were busy. We were the only 2 people in there until a family came in right before we left. For $7, we won't be going back. 4 cupcakes is $14.49 and this location doesn't have frozen yogurt. Not worth it. read more

this place is the greatest!! the best customer service i ever had! the ice cream cake was absolutely amazing n beautiful!! 10 stars!!

Yes, there is sometimes a wait, but they are hand blending your ice cream. A little patience people. I think the workers here are super cool and easy going, and they make awesome creations. A little more expensive than some other places, but the amount of flavors and mix ins are unbeatable. It's a delicious treat. Oh, and try their waffle bowl. They are always hot and fresh and so good. read more

First off, do not be fooled by the name "Oreo Overload." It's Literally vanilla ice cream with two Oreos crushed in it, might as well get cookies and creme and add Oreos to that. Now that is what you call an Oreo overload. Both the ice cream and the service are lacking many qualities. I was surprised how poor the ice cream was after reading the reviews before hand. I would not recommend. read more

This place is good. Cold stones tend to be pretty consistent. Portion size is massive like always. Only complaint is that it was a Friday evening there were only 2 employees and one was trying to rush us out and cash us out while the other was still trying to finish my Brownie a la cold stone and ask me questions (I've cream flavor, toppings etc.). Felt like cattle being herded. read more

Excellent ice cream mixed with a wide assortment of toppings and fillings on an ice-cold marble slab. The ice cream is, of course, excellent, but the price is quite a bit higher than other ice cream places. Give me Cake Batter ice cream with sugar cone pieces, caramel, and graham cracker crust any day.
