To make the situation worse I walked into the store at 8:55 and was told they were closed even though their new hours clearly said 9. Cold stone never disappoints! We went with the strawberry Blonde and the Chocolate Devotion which were both excellent. We love the fact you can add in any extra toppings and they will mix it into the ice cream for you on the cold bar Highly recommend getting the waffle cone as they are made fresh in store aswell read more

Customer Service is DEAD!!! I visited this store twice over the last two weeks. The employees never acknowledged me or asked for my order on either visit. When I said thank you, the employee mumbled uh-huh. On the second visit there was a long black hair in my ice cream. When I showed the employee, he said that's weird nobody has hair like that here. Offered to make a new ice cream or a bottle of water, but by this time I don't want anything from this store. Dont bother with a custom cake, they dont read the special instructions and no one picks up the phone to check on the order. Its hit or miss with the manager and just offer a discount on a future cake, Wht would I use them again? Order days ahead so you have a recovery time when they mess it up. Good Luck read more

When we called to verify the time they closed ,since we were driving 40 minutes to get there, they did not sound professional. We got there and ordered. Friend paid for her items. We one to pay and the price was $51. We ordered a medium cup, pint and a medium waffle cone. When I questioned the $51 it was determined that they charged me for ours and the ticket that was before us. They Didn't want to cancel the ticket. They had us pay and then just gave us cash. Just stopped by this coldstone creamery and found out it was closed. Nbd. I'm not trying to open up the store if it is closed. However, I did wave to the girl on the inside of the store as I wanted to ask if she knew if the Stuart location was open seeing as Jensen was closed for some ice cream event. No one at The Stuart location was picking up. Instead of coming to the door and just answering my question, she completely ignored me and left me standing there. After waving twice, I just left. I normally would just let it go but I was looking to pick up a coldstone cake for a birthday celebration for a recently deceased friend with special needs who always made it a tradition to get a coldstone cake. I ordered a cake for my mother for Mother's Day. When I went to pick up the cake, I was very disappointed with it. First, it was smaller than I ordered over the phone. I asked the young man I spoke to for the largest available round cake and I received the smaller one. It seemed as though the man who got the cake from the back from me was the manager and did not even apologize for the mistake that his employee/coworker had made in placing this order. Also, his attitude and customer service was extremely poor. I told him that it was alright and I would just take the cake anyway even though it wasn't exactly what I ordered, and he made it seem like it was my fault that the accident happened in the first place. My husband and I have been here twice. The costumer service is fine, but I'm not crazy about the ice cream. I know the add-ins are the reason to come, but without that, the ice cream consistency and flavor are lacking something. Absolutely horrible. Ordered a cake weeks in advance, explained exactly how I wanted the cake. Owner helped new employee take the order. Explained he would be making the cake and understood the detail. I paid and tipped over 20% clearly a mistake as the cake is nothing to how its suppose to be and the top looks like you let a 5 year old decorate it. For the uninitiated, this is how it works: you go in, pick your flavor of ice cream, and then choose any combination of toppings which the employee will mix by hand for you on the "cold stone", a freezing slab that keeps your ice cream frozen and at the same time makes your mix-in's cold as well. There are usually 15 or so different flavors to choose from, depending on the store, and hundreds of toppings (mix-in's). It's an ice cream lover's paradise!
