The food I can not lie was pretty good even though I feel like they should add ketchup packets to the to-go orders. Service was alright, the guy taking our order was very welcoming and understanding, but the time we had to wait for our food was just way too long considering we are trying to get back on the road while being on a road trip. Twenty minutes, that's the time we had to wait for our food I mean come on do a little better. Not many workers either. read more

I am constantly craving Culver's while I live here on the west coast if I had 3 genie wishes I would wish for a Culver's to open up here in the Everett/Marysville area or close to it. Always I love the butter burger or mushroom and swiss along with cheese curds and getting cheese sauce to dip my fries in it I never had a bad time at Culver's 100% recommend in my opinion best fast food place there is read more

There was hair in my food messed up my order and overcharged me for food I didn't buy

Great food and drinks, awesome staff, DAN AND THE NEW PERSON ARE THE BEST!!!!! And the new person is very kind and new so don't give her a hard time cause it's her first day today!!!!!!!! . This is the best go to fast food place EVER!!!!! And sometimes it's busy but I would say the ambiance is sometimes relaxing read more

The food was good. I pointed out a problem with the water dispenser, and the manager treated me like an idiot, when he walked over, pushed down really, really hard to the point where it looked like it was going to break, and then just said you need to give them more love and walked away. The amen's bathroom stall does not lock. There is a paper sign that says it is broken. Regardless of when they are planning a professional to repair, they could easily run to the hardware store and put some sort of hasp on it. It is very difficult to go to the bathroom while holding on to the door with one hand. I guess I have never seen a two point eight out of five stars for a colder in my life. This kind of may explain it. read more

I want to say dan is doing an amazing job he is polite and vary considerate with all customers and orders and making sure the doordashers orders are good keep up that good work man he is in need of a raise soon the other employees are not so upbeat like he is. read more

It appears this location has been torn down. There is still a big road sign but no restaurant. We were looking for a fast burger, and a butter burger usually hits the spot. But today we had to settle for B King across the busy road. read more

The Butterburgers were delicious the fries were amazing, also the chicken wings are amazing, the service was excellent the workers are very friendly, the ambiance was very cozy, it also was very friendly, and calming. read more

Very loud, very dirty. Fast service. Bathrooms smell horrible and have toilet paper on the ground. Hubby said the men's bathroom has a puddle from the sink to the urinal. Photo is of women's bathroom. Absolutely filthy, nothing about this place is sanitary. read more

Culver's - Women's Bathroom - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Escanaba, Michigan

I eat at Culver's in Escanaba and Marinette any time I'm traveling to or from Appleton. I stopped today in Escanaba around noon and thought they lost my order as it was like a 25 min wait. Even when they seemed busy both inside and at the drive thru I've rarely waited more then 10 min. Just curious why the wait today. read more

We had a long drive ahead of us, so we decided to stop at Culver's for "fast food" rather than a sit-down restaurant. It was a Friday night, so we expected it to be crowded, but we didn't expect to wait as long as we did (almost half an hour) to get our food. I remarked on the wait time to the young man who delivered the order to our table and he attributed it to a slow kitchen. He later returned with a card entitling us to a free regular value basket. I don't foresee us stopping there again. Also, as another reviewer noted, the parking lot is a disaster (my words, not his). read more

We love Culvers, but not this location anymore. It's really went downhill as far as quality, cleanliness and service. I've used outhouses that were cleaner and more sanitary than the women's bathroom. We stopped in a few weeks ago and it was so hot and gross inside we left without ordering any food. read more

Visiting the UP from Houston and Culver's is one of the places that was on my list for a taste of home. The cheese curds and custard was a must have. The dining room was still closed for Covid, which wasn't a problem because the drive thru was fast and efficient. We ordered 2 scoops of the flavor of the day in a waffle cone, a concrete mixer and cheese curds. They quickly gave us our ice cream through the window, stuck a number on our side mirror and had us park a wait for our cheese curds. The cheese curbs were hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the sign out front said the flavor of the day was salted caramel pecan but I received snickers. I'm not a fan of snickers and especially not when they are frozen, so I would have never ordered this ice cream. read more

I had a great experience at this culvers. Impeccable service. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly.

The ice cream is really good, the coffee is good, service is good. what else can be said, if you like custard, this is the pace. Also, for the lazy food is brought to the table. EDIT: Jean E says cheese curds! read more

Where do I begin? The food: I ordered a Double Cheddar Bacon Burger with onion rings. The patties were very thin. It seemed like I was eating a burger with only one patty. The onion rings were salted like fries. Never had salted onion rings before. Not good. The service: my wife and mother-in-law ordered a double butter burger and a fish sandwich. The server brought a single burger and a fish basket. When they clarified the error on the part of the employee the server called a manager over. They begrudgingly replaced the wrong order. The service... Continued: we drove thru after going in an errand. They messed up that order too. I didn't say anything. Didn't want to add salt to the wound. Besides it was a misunderstanding. The person who took the order over the intercom assumed we wanted a small size custard when in fact we wanted a large. They charged us for a small so I didn't say anything. Value: Won't be going back to Culver's. I paid $9+ for a burger, some onion rings and a coke. Sorry, but the food just isn't that good! Next time I'll go to Chic-Fil-A. read more

So, as I walked into the restaurant I was with a group of people and then was stared at and heard a worker say "oh no" as we walked in. Then, when we were ordering the worker looked at me rudely and just stared at me until I said what I wanted. Didn't even say hello. Next, my friend asked a question and the worker looked at him as if he was dumb. read more

My favorite fast food restaurant they never make a bad meal and the variety is so nice and I am addicted to raspberry chocolate custard especially when it's fresh not frozen. Best chain burger you can get. The service has always been fast and pleasant.

Disappointed- had a concrete mixer at the Marquette branch and this location was awful compared to theirs. My concrete mixer wasn't all that solid, the cherry flavoring was way overpowering and the ice cream had a very odd taste. Sorry- disappointed read more

First 3-star review for a Culver's. Lost our order. Odd store layout making getting utensils, coffee stirrers, napkins difficult. Ran out of our ordered soup at 7pm when our order finally came to us. Experience wasn't terrible but given our past experiences with Culver's, this one was just average. read more

My boyfriend and I just went through the drive thru here about five minutes ago and we could not believe how rude the person taking our order was. She was very short with us, wouldn't answer our questions, and kept trying to get us to wrap up our order before we were done. Then, surprise, we got the wrong flavor custard. read more

I would go with the pot roast sandwich every time...the mushroom Swiss burger wa a a bit skimpy on the toppings but the cheese curbs were good. Onion rings were thin and crispy and I like mine thick...I would eat there again. read more

They didn't bring my chocolate malt when they brought my cheese curds. Very upset. Rude and inconsiderate. Didn't give me my ranch until the end. What am I supposed to do about my chicken? How am I supposed to use my ranch when it's gone? read more

Ordered dinner at the drive-thru for my family a couple nights ago. Got home and realized my son's chicken tenders were not in the bag. Drove all the way back there and, at the drive-thru again, told the girl I wanted the order of chicken tenders I ordered my FIRST time through, 15 minutes ago, but didn't get. She cut me off as I was talking, telling me to come to the window. At the window, a dark-haired girl w/ glasses handed me my # and then closed it w/o saying anything to me. I tossed the # on the seat, and pulled in to wait. I sat there for 10 minutes, watching as 3 big bags of orders came out to people who were behind me, and it became pretty obvious that I was being jerked around, that they were angry at me for their mistake. As another bag came out, the snot who tossed the # at me came out of the place, saw me still sitting there b/c she walked right past my car, got in her car and drove away. When ANOTHER bag came out, I finally called to the delivery guy and asked if I was going to get my order. He strolled back in and came right back out w/ the chicken tenders. Without seeing my #, b/c it was on my seat, or even asking me what I was waiting for, how was it that he knew WHAT I was waiting for? Because I was getting jerked around, just like I suspected. Because they were mad at me for having driven all the way home, found my order was incomplete, and telling them at the drive-thru that I wanted the rest of my order. No apology, no nothing, just rudeness. And while I realize things like this happen, and it's happened to me before, the sheer rude behavior I was met w/ is why I won't go back there. If I were the owners of that place, I'd probably have a meeting with the snot and her friends who thought it was funny (and appropriate) to crap on a customer for an error they made. Maybe if they do, they won't lose more customers. read more

Great custard, many options for toppings/mix-ins. Usually good service. Everything is made to order, and the beef is fresh, NOT frozen. Cheese curds are delicious. read more
