Rhonda the owner welcomed us with open arms and explained in detail what her store was about. We figured out we could make a sign to commemorate our years together and it was just the best time after that. There are so many options of what to make and the guidance Rhonda provided was outstanding. This place is perfect for a date night, company gathering, or any other event that you want to be creative and have something you can be proud of in your hand when you leave. One of the main reason my family wanted to drive to Waco was to visit the Martin Museum. The museum…read moreis presenting the mixed media arts of two artists, Salvatore Meo and Debbie Carlson. We really wanted to see their arts, especially those of Debbie Carlson. Martin Museum is a pocket art museum located on the campus of Baylor University in Waco. The small museum was sectioned off into two smaller galleries, one for each artist. All the art pieces were intriguing and though provoking. The pieces flowed well with their arrangement. A nice and informative employee manning the galleries was especially helpful in directing us to visit the Baylor University art classrooms hallway that was connected to the museum. She encouraged us to view student art pieces that were on exhibit in the hallway. There were dozens of expressive and enjoyable student arts. We absolutely loved and enjoyed the arts of the two mixed media artists. The unexpected student arts were icing on the cake, a very pleasant surprise. Admission and parking were free.

I also had them frame some prints that ranged in size from 2'x3' to over 5'x4' and they couldn't have turned out better. They aren't cheap but you get what you pay for!! Texas humidity wrinkled a painting my husband gave me for our 40th anniversary. We took it to The…read moreStudio Gallery to see if it could be flattened and saved. The owner explained very carefully what he could do, which was mount it on an appropriate backing, then gave us a very wide choice of frames (I think he said they have about 2000 to choose from). We picked the painting up today, and it looks better than when we bought it! It is smooth, the frame is perfect, both in construction and by setting off the painting to advantage. The service was timely, and considering what we brought in, and what we left with, the price was quite reasonable. There was even a correct-weight hanger enclosed. We could not be more pleased with the service, or the result. There is a mini-gallery of local artists on display, so this is a local business supporting local artists. If you care about your artwork, and something needs restoring or framing, I suggest you go to the Studio Gallery and see what they can do for you.
