I discovered this defect within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle. I asked three separate times, making two separate trips to the dealer location, to have this issue addressed. Rather than taking care of it, and of me, they told me to take it to a dealer in my own town. One would like to imagine, now in their third generation of auto sales, the Damsons would understand the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately, since buying my vehicle from this location, I have discovered I am not the only one with similar issues. Wish I'd known beforehand. Consider this review as your heads up.

I even completed one survey that was for the Shoals location instead of Cullman. Please streamline and correct the feedback process before asking customers to complete multiple surveys. The car dashboard kept saying return to dealer. I wasnt going to complain when I brought the car again on that same day at 4:45 pm for them to take it to a Ford dealership. I decided to cancel the deal and I received my old car back the next day & was told the loan would be cancelled, along with me signing paperwork. I'm only complaining now cause today, less than a week from the purchase of the vehicle which I had returned, I receive a text from their automatic loan system stating they was going to charge me tomorrow, one week from the date of the purchase.. I called & spoke to the Billing Manager who said "They forgot to cancel the loan." I felt compelled to contact my bank to cancel my credit card to ensure I didn't get charged and reissue a new card. This was important to me in that I wouldn't get charged for a cancelled vehicle purchase. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a new card to be mailed to me.
