I had taken my 2013 Ford escape up there because my battery wasn't working properly. They tested it and then sold me a battery but did not help me install the battery. I had to install it myself at the store another customer came up while I was trying to get my battery installed, needing the same thing and the work out there and took their battery out and installed it for them just because it was easier. In the process they had told me to take off parts that were unneeded and made it more difficult. read more

I feel for anyone who takes their car or truck here to have an employee come out and do a engine check or battery/alternator check because they have absolutely no idea what they are doing! I went here to have my alternator checked and I got the teenager with glasses he attempted three times in putting the battery cables from their machine on my battery and couldn't do it I had to do it and then once the cables were on he couldn't operate the machine and told me I would just have to take the battery back where I bought it which was Autozone! Please do yourself a favor and go to a different auto parts store because these people are clueless!! read more

An elderly woman came to this store (Cullman, AL) yesterday (1/9/2018) asking if there was any type of deterrent she could buy to prevent cats getting in her car engine. The store employee told her she could put out a bowl of antifreeze. This upset the women and she left angrily. I won't be back either. read more
