we had our heating unit in our dryer go out in the beginning of May and had John's appliances fix…read moreit. The "brand new" part (which with labor was $303) did not even last 6 months. When we called to see if there was any warranty they said it would be a $200 service fee to do. I would STRONGLY recommend using a different company. for the price i paid with what they want to fix the part they supposedly replace I could have bought a brand new machine.
