No account set up required I purchased 2 bottles distilled water, the bottles are yours but they replace them when you need a refill. Prices I feel are great, water is delivered straight to my door. The customer service is great, not that i've had any issues but they answered each time I called and got my order correct each time. Always friendly voices on the other end of the phone. His prices were also better than the other plumbers who responded to my quote request. It turned out that the kitchen tap I purchased would not fit (I had a feeling it was not going to work). He removed the old kitchen tap, which was what I was having trouble with, and gave me some tips on how to install the new tap once I found one that fit. He then installed the bathroom tap and provided some other advice relating to the bathroom sink. He did not charge me for the kitchen tap installation. I found a kitchen tap that fit, and it is now installed and working great thanks to John. I will call him if I need any plumbing in the future.
