However, my food never arrived. I called the store and spoke to the owner who told me that the food was never prepared because the order was never received by the store from DoorDash. I called DoorDash and was told that the reason the food was never delivered is that the store never confirmed the order. This makes no sense -- why would DoorDash send me a confirmation for an order--effectively telling me the order is fine--if the order needed to be confirmed on the store's end first. Clearly there was some issue here or disconnect here between the store and DoorDash. And neither DoorDash's or the store's explanation takes any ownership for the problem and care for me as the customer. The store owner at least attemped to make it right (placing a replacement order but could not offer delivery which was essential). I called DoorDash three times and was disconnected every time without satisfactory resolution for my order issue. The bottom line -- my daughter had no food for her birthday party. I am beyond upset and disappointed in this store and DoorDash and will never order from either again!

So I drove the 2 hours from Manhattan to buy my bike here, and I don't regret it for a second. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and I was given advice both by the sales staff and mechanics. They took the time to make sure I not only understood the pros and cons of various bikes/models but also the proper maintenance necessary to minimize the professional maintenance I'd need in the future. On top of amazing service, they offered such a good price that I questioned if I was perhaps buying a stolen bike. I kid you not when I say that the bike I bought was selling for $300 more in Manhattan at every shop I talked to. And did I mention that most of the accessory gear I bought was on sale for about 20-30% off. Add to that the fact that the shop has a 100% satisfaction guarantee with no time limit and you have one of the best buying experiences I've ever had in my life. Like all bike shops they only carry a handful of brands, but they have a ton of models, and again if you are looking at Fuji bikes, end your search here. The company has an arrangement with them that makes their prices impossible to beat from what I've seen.

All I have…read moreto say is I am still 100% satisfied with the work they've done on my Fuji Altamira 2.0 LE and customer service received. I've recently purchased set of full carbon wheels 700c on Amazon, SRAM 10 speed red Shimano cassette and Michelin Pro4 Comp tires to upgrade factory components on my Fuji. Although I've managed to install the cassette and tires on my own, I didn't feel comfortable readjusting the limits on my Ultegra derailleur set screws especially need bike performing top shape for Sunday's Schuykill 60 mile ride with Philly Bike Club. Because my original cassette were Shimano SDi and in purchasing the SRAM PD-1070, I didn't realize cog offsets were different and adjustment were needed on derailleur hi/lo limits. I am by no means expert tweaking bikes so I brought it in to have it looked at. Paul met me up front and took my bike back put on stand... As he was tweaking my derailleur, I've said can you install these carbon brakes that came with wheel. No problem he said but then looked at my brake sets, I had TekPro that came with my bike. He said nope I can't mount these as different type cartridge. Then he pulled out these new Ultegra BP6800 and recommended that I upgrade. The price was very reasonable to EBay or Amazon. I said go ahead and having my service plan really help some discount labor. New brake caliper set including install $119.00... Again very reasonable considering labor included. So left bike overnight as I was late coming into shop. Next day, I was hoping that Justin, technician that does excellent work would be in but ended up getting Ryan to work on my bike. Tell you what, he was very professional and took time to answer my questions and concerns. Took the bike back for spin and everything was great... Yeah I did feel difference with new BP6800 as appose to TekPro. On the carbon frame surface, it wasn't immediate stoppage but it was firm. All in all, request for either Justin or Ryan and you'll be happy as I am. They were very courteous and understand that I am no expert and learn something while watching them work on my bike. No complaints and I'll be back again for future upgrades if I can't handle it.
