My Ariens snowblower decided to start making loud noises in the driving mechanism during the final…read morecleanup of the latest big snowstorm (22"), with another potential large storm looming within five days....yikes!! I called Rotti's and talked to Trinity who who was very personable and helpful. She told me to drop it off and they would look at it. I expected it to take awhile as they were swamped because of the past and looming snowstorm. To my surprise, Tiffany called the next day and said it was ready, plus the repair bill was very reasonable. Do not hesitate to use Rotti's for all your yard machines sales and service. They stand behind their products. Roland from Shrewsbury

The Rotti's are incredible people and do amazing work! My snow blower broke last week. I had little…read morehope I could get it repaired before the recent record breaking snow in New England. I emailed Rotti's Wednesday night and they responded soon after! Not only that, one of the owners, Megan, said she could have it picked up the next morning. I wasn't expecting service this fast. Even then, the storm was hitting Sunday and still had little hope of have it back by then. No matter, could use the exercise and mentally prepared the kids for the Monday morning task. No word from them Friday. Sent an email late just asking for an update because they were open Saturday but closed Sunday. No reply. I prepared the kids for the worst and laid out the plan for the storm with intermittent shoveling throughout before bedtime. But! Sunday morning as I'm making pancakes for the family I get an email from Megan saying (paraphrasing) "Hey! Snowblower is done. Want us to drop it off?" Hell yeah!!! Mere hours before the storm. I know they were busy with the impending storm, they didn't have to stay open on Sunday for me, and I bet a few others, to help us manage the biggest snowfall in like a decade, but they did. These are incredible people and you should totally give them your business. Oh! And the work was very reasonably priced. I was expecting at least double what I was charged. And a good chunk of that was becasue I had them pick up and deliver. Which they do, BTW. Use this company, you won't be sorry!

If you see all / any 5 star reviews about Schofield's, they're all true. These folks do NOT forget…read morewho their Customers are and they can fix anything you got. I've been going there for over 20 years. They are a FAMILY business, not a big box store with big employee turnover........ I also get my racing fuel from them for my lawnmower and snow blower which keeps my machines purring right along, because the quality of gas today SUCKS. And having your snow blower or lawnmower not running right because of the crap gas...........So I pay the big bucks and get the "good stuff" so I don't break down. Yes, expensive for the fuel but worth every cent vs. having a faltering fuel system when you need it most and having to drain the whole fuel system whether you are DIY'ers or having to haul it to the shop if not!! These small engines NEED at least high test (91 octane) to run well but when you're pumping 91 into your container at the gas stations, you're probably getting 1 1/2 gallons of 87 octane before the blended fuel lines actually give you 91, so you're not getting "good" gas. I'm grateful that I have a power equipment shop like this for my Honda machines........ BEST

I had a zero-turn residential mower that wouldn't start. After trying basic troubleshooting myself (fresh fuel, new spark plug, starting fluid), I suspected a carburetor issue but preferred to have a professional diagnose it since access is difficult. Patrick Cote answered my call and offered a full-service package for $169 + $50 deposit, including oil, filters, spark plug, and blade sharpening, along with diagnosis. He later claimed a mouse had chewed through the wiring harness and quoted ~$850 total for replacement. I agreed, even after asking about aftermarket parts (which he refused to use due to "liability"). Two days later, he said the harness was fixed but now the transmission had leaked fluid, requiring another ~$650 in parts (labor waived). Over the next two weeks, he blamed delays on parts but eventually returned the mower. It ran--but that's where the positives end. Upon inspection: The "new" wiring harness was clearly NOT replaced (same old dusty wires) Both transmissions were untouched (no signs of service or disassembly) Oil filter was not replaced Blades were not sharpened Air filter unchanged Only actual new parts I could identify: a fuel filter and a fuel pump (~$35 parts) To make matters worse, zero-turn transmissions are typically not rebuildable--they're replaced outright--so his explanation didn't make sense from the start. When I confronted him with photos, he responded defensively with the usual "I've never had a complaint" line instead of addressing the facts. Bottom line: I was charged for work that was not performed. Based on my experience, this "business" is misleading at best and dishonest at worst. Avoid at all costs this guy is a fraud / scam artist. I texted him a few more times - no response. Called a few more times - he has not picked up my call.
