Cull 'N Pistol is located on the Sai Wan Ho Pier. The restaurant specializes in seafood and serve some meat and pasta dishes as well. We came here for the Sunday brunch. Overall the food here is above average but the service is not great. Pricing is in line with other restaurants in the area (I.e. slightly over priced given the atmosphere and food quality)

Recommendations: clam linguini
On our visit we ordered the lobster sandwich, breakfast steak and the clam linguini.
1 the lobster sandwich is a pile of scrambled eggs with a few small pieces of lobster places on top of a grilled roll. The eggs were slightly burnt on the outside and not really cooked properly. The lobster was sparse but the pieces that were there were cooked well. The fries and the salad were both prepared well but the sandwich really wasn't that great. The egg to lobster ratio was really off and there is. I way you can actually pick this up with your hands and eat it like a sandwich. I wouldn't order this again.
2 the breakfast steak isn't a choice cut of meat. However, it is pretty inexpensive and it's cooked properly and seasoned properly. It comes with a side salad that helps to balance out the dish. Would recommend if you want a cheap steak.
3 The clam linguini is very good. The clams are plentiful, the noodles are cooked al debate, and the broth is delicious. This is by far the best dish I had and I will definitely order this again. My son is really a picky eater and he chowed this down without my coercion.
The service staff here are nice but not very organized. When the restaurant gets busy you will need to hunt them down for service. They forgot to prepare one of our dishes and it came out almost after the other two were finished. read more
