They just completed a weekend of one upscale reception with heavy appetizers, all freshly prepared, no freezer food, to the next day in another city for lunch and dinner. Jeremy's own special twist on classic appetizers. The food was so good I had to answer "who is this caterer?" so many times. It went late then they were there with the same crew for lunch followed by dinner (over 250 people). A yummy dutch oven dinner of ribs, chicken, cheese potatoes, beans and cobbler. Thanks Iron Gate. They take good care of their clients. No need to worry the food won't be good. They also travel to other locations in Utah.
