He abruptly told me he had never heard of the product I was looking for saying he had sold lots of room a.c. and never heard of a saddleback unit. When I approach him he was in another department. When I started to look on my phone Lowe's app to show him, he turned away and said "when you find it I'll be over there". So I went into his area where he was helping another customer. I waited for quite a while. When another customer approached with a request for help with a large appliance he radioed for someone else to help me. When he walked away with the new customers, I waited for a while then left the area. I walked back to see his name tag when Hodges was pointed to me. I thanked Hodges and told him I would be going elsewhere. On exiting the store I saw Collette at a register and told her how I felt. She helped another customer when I told her I would wait for her attention. I didn't want someone else to wait for attention. Collette and Hodges both listened to my story and assured me that Austin was not a new employee and his behavior was not normal for him. Lynda in customer service was very helpful when I was told the wrong location for the product I was looking for by another employee in customer service. Hodges knew the product I was looking for and Collette was apologetic for my experience.

My family and friends have purchased many used appliances from this business for incredibly low prices. It's true a few have needed repair, but the business always makes it right, whether it is a repair or replacement. I have a beautiful counter depth stainless steel kitchen-aid refrigerator that I paid about 20% of the original price. Robert was outstanding from start to finish! He was able to come diagnose our dryer within a few…read morehours of my call. He was clear with pricing, which was incredibly fair, and knew immediately upon arrival what was wrong with our dryer. He had two repair options; he could replace only the parts that were causing the issue, or replace the entire pulley/wheel system with a kit (forgive me if that's not the correct verbiage. Robert said it correctly but alas, I'm no expert and can't remember his exact words lol). We opted to replace with the kit. He had the kit available with OEM parts on his truck and had the dryer components removed, replaced and reassembled within an hour. He was communicative every step of the way. Not only was all of that already fantastic and impressive, but he also removed all lint and cleaned the pieces before reassembling. He also gave advice on load sizes for longevity of both machines. Above all, beyond his expertise and precise work, Robert was very friendly and genuine. I appreciate people like that!
