Fantastic little bar/café we stumbled upon while wandering around Piazza Marina and Via Bottai. Stopped in for aperitivi, ended up staying for dinner. Like the wine bars in Napoli, you'll get a huge assortment of food. I had a Negroni, and the food board came with everything from hot pasta (ziti with porcini and maiale), cheeses and salumerie, grilled peppers, olives, 3 kinds of bruschette, pickled finocchio, tomato salad, tiny sandwiches, roasted pork shoulder, caponata, and other things. Beautifully presented and prepared, small portions, and organic. Made for a full meal, we ended up cancelling dinner elsewhere. Great outdoor seating just off Piazza Marini, so you're away from the long corridor and tourists of Via Bottai. The guys that run the place are super friendly and the prices are great...much better than the tourist strip on Belmonte. read more
