Di Napoli Pizzeria is the only independent pizza restaurant for absolutely miles. It is also the only one with a proper forno a legna (wood fired oven) and it's a beaut too. The pizzaiolo is also from Palermo, so the credentials are definitely there. To put it in context, the nearest authentic Neapolitan pizza joints are as far away as East Finchley and Palmers Green - at least 20 minutes in the car and no option of delivery. If it wasn't for Di Napoli, the pizza selection in the Potters Bar (and the surrounding area) would be limited to the obvious chains serving up cheese topped loaves of bread to varying degrees of quality. Though I have been informed that Su Nuraghe has also started to dabble in pizza delivery, while Osteria Dante also does pizza as part of its menu. So, how do I rate Di Napoli? If I think local, it's by far the best pizza you can buy - by a mile. If you want something other than pizza - which comes in 13-inch or gigantic 16-inch sizes) they also do a range of starters / salads, pasta and desserts. While there are a couple of tables, first and foremost this is a delivery or collection restaurant. That is where Di Napoli is different to both Su Nuraghe and Osteria Dante which are more general Italian restaurants. Yes, there are better Neapolitan pizza restaurants in London but they are a long way away - and fundamentally not local. If I'm critical, the dough isn't as light as the very very best Neapolitan pizzas. In fact, rather than Neapolitan, it's much closer to the type of pizza I regularly get in Sicily - slightly thicker and denser in texture. I'm so grateful that this place exists and in my mind, it is a fantastic and much-needed addition to the restaurant selection in the local area. Pricing is also very reasonable and I know where I will ALWAYS spend my money on pizza when given the option of Di Napoli or the chains. If you are local to this area, you should do the same too.

(So far, been underwhelmed with the takeaway/delivery options. Oh I miss you Pizza My Heart!) We walk in, there's a few people there even though it's 9:00 on a Wednesday night. Good sign. We order. PIzzas for everyone and a few starters. I had some cheesy bread (which was kind of like a pizza starter, oops), and it was quite tasty. I tried the other half's mussel juice, and it was incredibly tasty. The egg dishes the others got looked nice as well. Pizzas though, kind of underwhelmed. Mine was incredibly salty (which I should expect from anchovies, right?), but it just lacked a bit in other flavor profiles. The other half was a bit underwhelmed with his pizza as well. Will it stop me from going back? Probably not. Although it wasn't overly impressive enough that I'd go out of my way to go back here, even if it is relatively close to where I live. Funny story though, both pizza number 1 and pizza number 2 on the menu are called La Caverna!

Restaurant is very dated, quite shabby and dirty with very limited food and drinks menu. 2 other independent Pizza places just a few doors away will get out custom

While staying at a friends, in Enfield, Cat Sitting, I decided to order a pizza, after sifting…read morethrough the take-away leaflets, I was deciding between, Domino's or Pizza Express, when I spotted one for Pizza Hut, not having been there for years, I decided to take a trip down memory lane & ordered a large, Deep Pan, Margarita Pizza, with 2 extra toppings, of Tuna & Capers at (£1.50 or £2 per topping, can't recall 100% now, without the flyer in front of me) It arrived promptly & I paid the delivery guy & took the box into the kitchen to put the pizza on a plate before eating. I opened the box & I saw just a cheese & tomato pizza, although I had been charged (£3 £4 for the two extra toppings!!) I phoned them back on my mobile, to say that the toppings had not been added & they insisted, that they had. I went back to the pizza & put my face an inch from the pizza & scrutinised it & found 2 crumbs of tuna that were so minuscule, they'd would not cover on the tip of my little finger nail & 1 slither of a caper!! The 2 combined would not cover the tip of my thumb nail, let alone the tip of a tea spoon & I was being charged £3 £4 for this??? I called back again, and said to the girl on the phone, all this & she said hang on & left me hanging on my mobile for 10mins plus, until all my mobile phone credit, that I had left had run out! With no home phone, at my friends, I could not call back & despite her having my mobile number, from when I ordered, along with the address, I was at, nobody bothered to call me back. Annoyed, by lack of customer service & care & the fact I felt totally ripped off (I'd need a magnifying glass to spot the tuna & caper fragments added & I certainly was unable to taste any!!) It was simply a Margarita, with 2 crumbs of topping, the size of a individual bit of mince meat. Plus they cared so little to leave me hanging on the phone, then not call back. So I complained to Pizza Hut customer service's online & after 3 weeks, went by, I got a letter saying.. Dear Miss Smith, Thank you for your email regarding your recent order from the Enfielddelivery unit. I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with yourexperience and would like to apologise on behalf of Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut are firmly committed to providing great service to our customers, and we were concerned to hear this was not apparent. We advise our customers to contact the branch if there is anydissatisfaction with what has been received so that the branch can be giventhe opportunity to rectify any issue. Your feedback has been given to the Management Team in order to addressyour concerns within the branch and to ensure corrective action is taken. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Kind Regards Errrrrr I DID speak to THEM!! TWICE!! & I was told there WERE toppings the 1st time & the 2nd time they just left me hanging on the phone, waiting, no doubt hoping I'd get fed up & hang up.. BUT instead, they just cost me more money, in phone credit, which ran out as I waited, on top of the money they had already ripped me off with!!. Via extra toppings, that would fit on a micro dot, with room to spare!! There was no offer of vouchers, for a free pizza next time I used Pizza Hut, or offer of a refund of the money spent, or even of a refund of £3-£4 for the lack of toppings!! With such lack or effort on the behalf of Pizza Huts Complaints, Customer Services. I will NO LONGER be ordering any pizza's etc from this Enfield branch, or ANY OTHER, PIZZA HUT BRANCH, EVER AGAIN!! As it is apparent that Pizza Hut (Despite what they claim in their email) Do not give a toss, about bad customer service, OR the customer NOT being provided with, the extra toppings, that they'd paid over the odds for!! So seeing they Charge £3 £4 for 2 toppings, that even sandwiched together, were around the size of a raisin, I am ranking Pizza Hut as Pricey. As it was, even for a, deep pan, Margarita, it was pretty tasteless & so maybe there was a reason, that I'd not had a Pizza Hut, pizza, for years. But for Customer Service alone, from both the Enfield Branch & from head offices Customer Complaints Pizza huts gets Zero Stars from me!! & No more custom. But alas I have to give it at least one star to post this revue, so I will award it to the delivery guy for being prompt.

It has a great upbeat atmosphere, with great staff, staff that are so sure of themselves that on every visit, a waiter has tried to seduce someone on my table. It is a typical Italian restaurant, with plenty of space and a decent menu. I love my seafood and for a starter I have always had the seafood salad, not because I am trying to keep to a regime, but simply because it is delicious. On my most recent visit earlier this year, I had the speciality, which is Mamma's Meatballs and pasta, and I highly recommend it. The tiramisu is great too. I actually just got an invite for a friends birthday there for next weekend, and that is hat reminded me to tell you about Fantozzi. I might try a different mains, but know I will be having that seafood salad and tiramisu. Just to add, if you o plan on going to Fantozzi, an it is over the weekend, you better book, otherwise you will definitely have a real long wait. It is a very popular restaurant, and deservedly so.

You walk into this loud and chatty room full of people laughing, drinking and eating wholesomely. It's a wide space but nonetheless, rather crowded and always full on weekends. The food, I have to say is a good menu. The taste is also good. I couldn't say brilliant but for the very decent price, it's not bad at all. The pizzas are yummy and have a good variety as well as the pasta dishes. The main courses include veal escalopes which in my opinion is rather tasty. Moving onto the service.. Very Italian. Quick, chatty and all have Italian accents. They're very rush rush but is understandable due to the busy service. All in all, a great restaurant to bring friends for a fun chat on both weekdays or weekends. Expect loudness.

The opened very recently and even if the prices are a bit more expensive than the old kebab that was there the amount of food on each plate is bigger as well. Chicken kebab taste is amazing + the meat doesn't look like the rest of the places, it looks like they have freshly-prepared meat and you can notice it on the amazing flavor that the chicken has! You can ask for a roll or on a plate, my suggestion is to take it on a plate since they include an gorgeous homemade bread with it! Careful if you want to order your kebab with chips... the plate is so big that you will explote if you ended up eating everything! ;) They also cook an amazing chicken wings on charcoal grill, yummmm! If you are a kebab lover this is your place!
