Let's start with some useful information. You can park at the Soriana, which is a grocery store…read more You know you're at the correct place if you had to click a button to get a little parking ticket. On the way out you pay for parking with for the allotted time you were there. The grocery store and other little stores are on the first floor and a lot of clinics/dentist offices are on the second floor. Once you get to the second floor, there'll be someone at the main door asking you to check in and that really just states your name and how many people are with you and what office you're going to. There is a staircase, and there is an elevator to get to the second floor. The office is small but very clean but unfortunately in Mexico, what happens sometimes is that the running water stops working and you cannot use the restroom since there is no water to flush the toilet. The two girls at the front are really nice and are really inviting. Feel free to ask them any questions you have. Dr Yasmin introduced herself and she was very lovely and she is the person who did my cleaning and my teeth whitening. She was very lovely as well and she kept asking me if I was OK and was very attentive. So what happens first is that the doctor will check you out and make sure that the items you requested can actually happen that day and then someone comes and gives you a quote and if you would like to continue, you sign the quote and then the work is started. It was my very first time doing a teeth whitening, and while she was doing it, it did not hurt at all, but I did experience some teeth sensitivity around an hour later. The teeth whitening is four sessions of 15 minutes under some sort of lamp on your teeth. It is a small quaint clean office. I would definitely go back.

Elite kept me well informed and even recommended me an amazing oral surgeon when I was having trouble finding one that worked with my insurance. The office is clean and has a section for all your braces needs like wax, floss, toothbrushes, etc. there are also three sinks where you can brush and floss before getting your braces tightened. Every visit felt efficient and fast. The techs who tightened my braces were always professional and gentle. Special shoutout to Ashley who always was so friendly anytime she tightened my braces. I saw both Dr Ehsani and Dr Sabet and they were both phenomenal throughout my treatment before and after surgery. Unlike the dentist, there's nothing unsettling about the orthodontist. Oh, I saw my before and after pictures and I am not sure how the heck my grill was unbecoming for so long. DESCRIBE THE QUALITY OF WORK The work done here on my behalf was a notch above a miracle. My negligent mother didn't give a two flying sticks and my mouth was damaged. Oh, let me not digress. You don't know how contorted your mouth is until you take a 360 x-ray of your mouth. Shuddering. I actually looked forward to my appointments and braces tightening and color band dynamicism. TBH, I think I was one of his success cases but Dr. K is too honorable to say so. WHY ARE YOU WRITING A REVIEW NOW? Both my wife and I have been very happy patients of the Tijuana Clinic For Cosmetic Dentistry for…read morenearly 4 years. Dr. Baker and her staff are extremely competent, caring, and make you feel as much like family as respected patients. We have had cleanings, crowns, and a dental implant while under Dr. Baker's care. Everyone is bilingual and access from the border is quite easy with their driver service. Manny, their driver, is friendly, and always there when you are ready to be picked up or returned to the border. With the new southern border crossing point your walk is quite short to the pickup point. And of course, costs are anywhere from 30-50% less than is typically found in the States. Insurance is accepted. And in our case, Delta Dental, reimbursement is quite easy when submitting and out of network claim form. There are lot's of choices for dentists in Tijuana. Some will provide lower costs, other's not. We are quite happy with out decision and look forward to many more years as patients.

They fit me in for three 2.5 hour appts to fix 8 teeth and extract 1 in the only 2 days I had!?! High quality organic sanitation products and resin to rebuild my teeth to look completely natural imported from Japan . Eileen is an absolute artist who loves fashioning broken destroyed teeth into looking whole and new. The polishing paste even has diamond dust in it! Dr. Hugo is a wonderful human being who was as gentle as possible considering I have unusual excess bone and extra roots to navigate. It was easily 1/4th of the price I would've paid in the United States . Approximately $50-$80 per tooth depending on the severity and extra steps needed. I was prepared to pay for whitening but just that diamond paste lightened my teeth up three shades for no extra cost. No matter who you go to , I'd recommend bringing sunglasses and headphones. They also didn't mind that I brought my own blanket. These three things help me with my anxiety, Comfort to tune out the bright light and noise. I'm going back for implants. I've been to other dentists in the US and Mexico but Baja dental is hands-down the best choice. They truly did give me my smile back.
