The entire staff wanted to make sure at all times that I was comfortable, needed anything, even walked me to the nearby store one day to pick up a snack. Well this last time, takes the cake, I had two crowns fall off, yes one was 2 months ago and I was busy with work and health and I could not get down there, then the second one fell out two weeks ago, the filling in the tooth fell out at the same time. I figured that I would be offered a free cleaning for being inconvenienced and having to come an hour and 1/2 down there to get it done. I had no condolence, but they wanted to charge me 120 for the work, when I refused they said to pay them for the Uber pick up, I again said no. I have never been treated like this before and am blown away. They have always picked me up at the border when I walk in and they did not even pay or offer to take me to the border at the end. On the way out you pay for parking with for the allotted time you were there. The grocery store and other little stores are on the first floor and a lot of clinics/dentist offices are on the second floor. Once you get to the second floor, there'll be someone at the main door asking you to check in and that really just states your name and how many people are with you and what office you're going to. There is a staircase, and there is an elevator to get to the second floor. The office is small but very clean but unfortunately in Mexico, what happens sometimes is that the running water stops working and you cannot use the restroom since there is no water to flush the toilet. The two girls at the front are really nice and are really inviting. Feel free to ask them any questions you have. Dr Yasmin introduced herself and she was very lovely and she is the person who did my cleaning and my teeth whitening. She was very lovely as well and she kept asking me if I was OK and was very attentive. So what happens first is that the doctor will check you out and make sure that the items you requested can actually happen that day and then someone comes and gives you a quote and if you would like to continue, you sign the quote and then the work is started. It was my very first time doing a teeth whitening, and while she was doing it, it did not hurt at all, but I did experience some teeth sensitivity around an hour later. The teeth whitening is four sessions of 15 minutes under some sort of lamp on your teeth. It is a small quaint clean office. I would definitely go back.

Which all came out to 300$ which is great bc in the states it would've been more expensive. The staff was super attentive and friendly. The dentist is located more in the downtown area 5-7 min from the border was is nice. Would definitely recommend going there. Plus I have no more pain!
