A repair of the damaged roof between the siding and the window. Also check the water intrusion from roof to the dining room ceiling. After this process was completed, the contractors removed the interior dining room old damaged ceiling and installed a new one quickly, effectively and efficiently in a matter of hours. This action was complete with texturing and painting. New Tech Carpet Steam Cleaning and Restoration measured, ordered, delivered, furnished and installed all necessary materials. To top it all, Contractors cleaned up and hauled away all job related debris. The project took about 2-3 months due to black custom cabinetry which took 2 months to receive (attributed to COVID) or the project would've taken a month. The guys came in to provide a no pressure estimate and they weren't priced too high or low which is generally a good sign. I always avoid contractors who provide too cheap a price or shoot for the moon (#GME). All in all, I've asked them for an estimate on my bathrooms after being so impressed with their 1) responsiveness 2) craftsmanship 3) attention to details and lastly 4) honesty As one example, one part of the counter top install there was a slight ridge which the guys noticed. The sub contractors attempt to install countertops wasn't perfect and I could barely tell but Kelvin/Jose held the subcontractor responsible to replace the piece. They removed a wall which wasn't load bearing, but we decided to install a 23' beam to be safe. Installed cabinets, enclosed the refrigerator, moved the sink into the corner and added waterfall countertops to the entire "island" area. Pictures speak for their craftsmanship. Highly recommend Jose and Kelvin for you remodel needs!!

Danzco was recommended by a good friend, who I know would only except perfection. Dan, the owner,…read morecame to do an estimate. He seemed like a straight up guy. I was quoted a fair price that was consistent with my other 2 estimates. The estimate included hardwood floors in my family room, on my steps, and in the upstairs hallway. Also, they would put on baseboard and shoe molding, sand and seal the floors, and then apply 2 coats of oil based polyurethane. I was away on vacation when the men came to do the work. When I came home (late Saturday evening) I was appalled at the sloppy job that was done. I immediately called Dan and left him a text message. He came out Monday morning. He seemed pretty upset about the work that was done. He said he would come back and fix everything. The following problems needed to be fix: 1. the baseboard molding: none of the corners touched, some of the baseboard was cut to short and there was a broken piece. 2. The polyurethane coating: it was clumpy in some areas 3. The transition pieces: a number of them were cracked and they never put a transition piece between the hallway and my bathroom 4. Chips and gaps: a number of the floor boards were chipped and there were major gaps between some of the boards 5. The steps: These were a disaster. There were gaps between the steps and risers, many of the wood pieces were cut to short. They used a non matching orange wood putty to fill in mistakes and also used white caulk (which was not approved for use on wood floors). Dan and his son came out for 2 days to try and fix it. They fixed most of the molding, however one piece they cut was cracked in half and we had to glue it back together and the molding inside the upstairs closet still does not look right. They replaced 2 transition pieces and installed a transition piece between the bathroom and hallway. They fixed some of the gaps on the floors, but used a darker wood putty that did not match the color of my floor. The steps still had gaps and looked awful. My husband and I had to spend two days fixing the steps, putting putty in the gaps, staining the putty to match the floors, then applying two coats of oil based polyurethane on the steps and entire upstairs hallway. After our hard work they look ok, but are not perfect. The entire process was extremely stressful and very time consuming for my husband and myself. It cost us time, money, and a great deal of personal stress. All of this could have been avoided if we went with another company I would never recommend Danzco and suggest that you choose another company.

The second day I wasn't around and the doors were never shut so dust got everywhere but they did clean up some. The third day they seemed to just not care anymore because they were 3 hours late, made more of a mess, didn't clean it up, and left the house without telling me. I still don't know if they are to come back. Overall, the finished product was OK but I've seen better. This is a fine example of how small businesses fail. From beginning to end, the customer should experience complete satisfaction in the work they paid for. This includes the professionalism of the workers, which is part of the finished product. I found that part lacking.

They require a large deposit at the start, and after that be prepared for a terrible service. Issues I had were a dedicated email address for my project that does not respond to any communications until you call and then maybe they'll respond a week later. Promises made by phone get forgotten, a series of scheduled workdays that come and go + surprise workman showing up without notice. And best of all the imposition of a dramatic 5x escalation in price with a one-hour decision deadline. Finally a lack of even finishing the job after 6 months.
