When I first ordered my Cuddle Clone, my cat was sick. I wasn't sure he'd make it. I needed some version of him to hold on to. Now, thank goodness, he's fighting fit, and I get to see him cuddled up with his clone - who I've dubbed his brother... although there is some hissing between them (I won't reveal who is who!) On March 27, 2026, had to put my baby George to sleep, ending his suffering of seizures. George was smart, astute and intuitive...we ate dinner together, he had a car seat so I could take him W/me every place he was welcomed. We walked to the mailbox, walked W/friends in the evening, he slept either in my bed or on the floor close by. Everyone who came to our door, George met them W/a toy. Bought pajama bottoms that felt like plastic. They're clearly manufactured in china and are not good enough to even be a rag since they have zero absorbency. Not cozy. Complete trash. Even worse? They offer a money back guarantee on *some* items. Not these! Clearly, even they know their pajama bottoms are trash. read more

Quality of work is one thing, but I don't think I've ever had a company provide the level of customer service that Cuddle Clones did. There were a few hiccups thru the process of receiving my order (not CC's fault) and they went above and beyond to be accommodating. Communication. My package has been sitting in a warehouse 17 days with no resolution but to sit and wait another 3 days before deciding to remake and ship out a new one. I read their website before ordering and it never mentioned using GOFO as a shipping service only fedex,ups,and usps. Customer service originally told me to contact the courier but then the courier told me to contact the manufacturer. Cuddle clones will not call or has an option to call so your just stuck in a limbo of uncertainty. Also I placed this order in 2/21/26 & paid for rush creation. read more

It's incredibly challenging to go through the design process. I sent multiple images many times and still did not feel like the dog's face looked like my dog. Finally, I gave up and figured her groomer may actually be able to help when the dog arrives. They nailed much of her body, but the face just never came together. After having lost a dog and then getting images repeatedly that didn't look like her was hard. I'm grateful I paid for the previews so some changes could be made and I wouldn't recommend doing this without paying for that. read more

My dog passed away in November the 15, I ordered one the following day they were so awesome they made sure my little girl had a stuffed hazel looks just like her she loved it, the video of her opening it was so emotiona, but she continues to sleep with it every night and I can't thank them enough for how awesome this gift meant to me and her, sometimes after she falls asleep I steal it and lay with it as well, we miss her deeply but this was such a big help to us all, thank you words can't express thanks again you guys are great!!! read more

Based on my experience and other customer reviews, I would not recommend paying extra for rush shipping. Ordered two sets of pajamas and socks. One with a cat one with a dog. Got two cat socks instead of one with the dog. When presented evidence about the order we placed they continued to say it was what we ordered. They would not replace the socks with the correct order. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else. The quality also is not great, the material is so thin, and the pictures of the animal faces are way smaller than what is shown in their ads. read more
