So I really don't know where to start. 1st, paying the extra for rush production only for it to take three weeks to get from production to "headquarters" to be shipped. SCAM. They printed shipping label 2 1/2 weeks before they even had it to ship to give the appearance it was ready and coming. 2nd, it absolutely doesn't even look anything like our dog. One eye is bigger than the other. The mouth is crooked. The fur isn't even close to being the right color. We will be asking for refund and I'll come back when that is completed if it ever will be. I ordered custom pet face pajamas as a gift and was really disappointed with the quality compared to the price. The fabric is very thin polyester and has a plastic-like feel, not what I expected based on the product description. The pet images printed on the pajamas are noticeably blurry and lack detail, even though the photo I uploaded was clear and high quality. Overall, the pajamas feel cheaply made for how much they cost. I understand that custom items can't always be returned, but that information wasn't obvious to me when ordering, and I wouldn't have purchased them if I'd known how low the quality would be. My kids won't even wear them, which is frustrating given the price. Customer service was polite but ultimately just referred me back to their policy and wouldn't offer any resolution. This might work fix you aren't aren't picky about fabric or print quality, but if you're expecting something soft or high-end, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more

It's incredibly challenging to go through the design process. I sent multiple images many times and still did not feel like the dog's face looked like my dog. Finally, I gave up and figured her groomer may actually be able to help when the dog arrives. They nailed much of her body, but the face just never came together. After having lost a dog and then getting images repeatedly that didn't look like her was hard. I'm grateful I paid for the previews so some changes could be made and I wouldn't recommend doing this without paying for that. read more
