We looked and looked for a place for my babies, while we were on vacation. When we dropped them off all seemed fine! We picked them up a week later they seemed ok other then they have sores on there noses, and very distraught as the days past they seemed a little lost.(Needy) Which is so unlike them. They are very loving pups, after doing inventory of there things more then half of their toys were missing. They did call us to tell us that they had found some of there things, which I went and picked up only to find all there treats not opened so they didn't get them when we were gone. And everything smelled like a dirty kennel even after l paid for them to be bathed. And l am sorry to say, "They won't be going back there again".... read more

Horrible experience, terrible owner and management. Made a reservation two weeks ago for the week of New Year's. We sent in all of the pets' information that was requested in their confirmation email. We never heard anything back so assumed everything was all set. Arrived with my two dogs this afternoon and they told me that they were missing some records and therefore had given our spots away. Do you think they could have called us and said "Hey, we're missing something from your file"? Nope. Smells like urine when you walk in. My dog came home smelling of it. She appeared to have been laying in her own urine as her fur was covered in it. The second day I brought her she had refused to go in. I had to pick her up to get her in. She is used to another doggy day care but it is under renovations right is so I was trying an interim place. Whoa! New management here...after a 2-night stay, two of our dogs came home smelling like pee. The staff apologized and bathed them, but it didn't solve the problem. I will say great boarding for our dog, BUT we boarded our dot from December 22nd to December 27th. He came home with a runny nose, bad cough and sluggish . I called cuddle bug, and I was told by the receptionist that at least three other dogs have the same issue that it could be kennel cough. I took him to the vet and was given medication. I did message Cuddle Bugs so they are aware and was told by the owner they do not provide any type of refund . Which the vet visit was half the cost of his stay. All vaccines are not guaranteed which he had a Bordetella. The owner, Stephen Sawyer said! he started comparing this with his Covid !!!! when boarding my dog, I did say for him to have individual playtime due to he's not around other dogs, and I'm not sure how he would react. So with that I'm not too sure how he could've caught this. Just wanted to put this out there if anybody bought it at this time and their dog is sick. read more

She went out of her way for us to accomodate our concerns. Jaime took such excellent care of my girls during our visit in Florida. I never worried and was able to relax and enjoy myself. customer service and price is great and normally easy to get boarding with my last minute plans. but I paid for two baths 1 t the beginning and 1 same as pickup date and a mail trim. none of these happened. I called day of pickup and they said she already got her bath today. picked her up and I couldnt even leave breath in my car on the way home with her, she smelled so bad. bathed her when she got home and a flood of dirt and hair came off her. and mail services were never done. I would recommend this place for easy and quick boarding but make sure your service you paid for are done before you leave with them!! read more

We have two rescue pets. I always thought they were high stress, and high anxiety... So I was really concerned when we would have to board them for an extended period of time while we relocated to our new home in Marion County. Upon a recommendation from our home seller, we booked their extended stay at cuddle bugs pet resort, and I was immediately impressed by the love and attention the girls were already giving to the pets in the office. To begin to explain the love and attention they have given our dogs... is just something that you can't put a price on. Every night they post pictures on their social media of all the pets activities for that day. Our boys were interacting, playfully and showing signs of being highly engaged and extremely happy. The times I go there to visit our boys, the staff brings them right out and although they're happy to see me they are just as eager to go back and play with their friends. Their grooming prices are extremely reasonable, and they really give each pet the type of attention and you would give them yourself. If you've ever been guilt ridden about having to leave your pets in a boarding facility, trust me when I tell you that we could not be happier, and will continue to trust these fine people with our precious paths in the future. read more

My babies are resistant to being away from me, but once they are there they have fun. Usually Stu is crazy wild in the car while I drive, today after having a full half day at the daycare, he was relaxed and laying down resting during the ride home. He was worn out from all the fun. We recently traveled back to Michigan for three weeks to visit family. We have two older dachshunds - Peanut is 15 and Missy is 13 ( who is blind ). They do not travel well so we have to kennel them when we go back . We tried Cuddle Bugs for the first time and were very very pleased They gave us a tour and explained the care our babies would receive , They also let us know that post daily pictures on facebook. We really liked this feature , especially since we were 1200 miles away . We missed our dogs but seeing daily pictures of our dogs interacting with other dogs was very comforting, and assured us that they were doing great and being well cared for. I can't begin to express my gratitude and how much I truly appreciate Cuddle Bugs. On my gosh, they helped make my vacation so much more enjoyable. My dog, Kawaii had a great time there. The staffs are friendly and nice. When I pick my dog at night after one day at the resort, she was so exhausted and slept the whole night without moving an inch. I had to wake her up the next day and took her to a dog park. Wonderful!!! Jaime went out of her way to accommodate my needs, and the needs of my cat. She went to my house and made sure my cat had food and water, scooped her litter box, and kept her company while I was in the hospital. Texted me pics of my cat so I could see how she was doing.
