The only caution is that since everything is outside it isn't good for flat faced dogs. Just too hot for them. The thing that impressed me the most was that the owner is more concerned about the dogs health than $$$. He explained that he felt wasn't safe for my English Bulldog. My other 2 dogs (terriers) were allowed to stay and had a blast playing for a few days while I moved house. Absolutely Recommend!

Seeing them happily playing and entertaining themselves in the pool immediately put my mind at ease. The staff was incredibly attentive, caring, and professional throughout the entire stay. I also loved how conveniently located the facility is near my home, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of care provided. As an added bonus, they offer grooming and other services, making it a one-stop destination for pet care. One of my favorite touches was receiving a report card with photos of my precious fur babies looking happy, relaxed, and content while I was away. It was wonderful to see how well they were being cared for. I highly recommend Pet Paradise to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and caring place to board their pets. Whitney and Starr will definitely be back, and I will absolutely be booking with Pet Paradise again!

We had already worked with Doggy Bubbles for years, but over the past 2 years the groomers changed…read moreall the time and the new ones kept making "errors" in grooming our dogs. Just wanted to try someone new to see if we can get a more consistent grooming experience. Also, our dogs have been at their grooming place for as much as 6 hours, even though we drop them off at 10 or 10:30, depending. They can't go that long without a bathroom stop. They don't go there but as soon as they're out the door, they go and go and go. Then, they are out of it for the rest of the day. Love Jill but we can't do this to our dogs until there's some consistency with the groomers. Just in response to Jill, we have never had fewer than 2 dogs and usually have had three, and they never took so long before the last few times. At times, each was done by a different groomer but since there have only been two there the last few times, at least that we saw, obviously that was a problem. Also, even though they are Cavaliers, two of them have scant coats so we don't consider them long-haired as they rarely need cutting every time except around paws. The dogs peed and peed when they left the grooming, more than they usually do and drank tons of water when they got home so I can't see how they were walked while there or got enough water as I can only go with their behavior when we picked them up.

We called and inquired about leaving our 2 dogs for a week. The owner invited us to come and…read moreinspect the location, and bring the dogs so that everyone could become acquainted. We found the facility to be very clean and well appointed. The dogs are allowed to play all day in an outdoor common area, and then have individual kennels for sleeping. Our 2 dogs were able to share a kennel. After inspecting the premises, the owner suggested we leave our 2 dogs for a complimentary "play date", so that everyone, dogs and attendees could become comfortable. All of the people we met here were obviously dog and other animal lovers. We picked our dogs up from the play date, and a few days later went to drop them off for a week. As soon as we pulled in the parking area, the dogs began to whine with excitement. They remembered their play date, and were glad to be back! We rarely leave our dogs behind when traveling, so they were not accustomed to being kenneled in a new environment. We were so pleased when we picked them up, to squeals of happiness. Over the next several days it was obvious that our dogs had received excellent care, and lots of attention during their stay. Our big Golden Retriever has a new habit of rolling over for you to scratch his stomach, the moment you give him any attention. Obviously he got a lot of attention and affection during his stay. It's nice to know that Precious Pets has such exceptional care for pets, and is so conveniently located. We will have no hesitation about entrusting our animals to their care in the future!

The reason I sought another facility for my pups is that after 15 years with another in town, my dogs appeared desperate to see me upon my return- not just happy, but unusually eager to leave. Because of this, I was very conscious of their demeanor when I picked them up from Red Fern and was pleased when I saw that while they were very happy to see me, they would have been just as happy to stay another day. That told me all I needed to know about Red Fern! This paired with the daily pictures of my babies having a ball, the report card shining light on their best qualities and my own positive experience with all of the staff made it clear that Red Fern is my pups' new home away from home when I am called out of town. If you are considering a boarding, grooming or training facility in Marion County, look no further than Red Fern Pet Lodge!

She is a high energy puppy, so this helps her burn off some of that energy. She comes home and sleeps good at night. I receive a report card and photos of her from Enrichment Day Care, which I just love. The team there knew Athena the moment we walked through the door after her first stay. While dropping her off, we witnessed many other dogs being dropped off, all just as happy and excited to be there as Athena. That says a lot about the place when the dogs are happy to be there. It's the best thing we could ever do to help Athena socialize and gain the confidence she needs to grow into a well rounded dog.

They were so patient with my anxious dog Caesar--followed all my instructions to keep him calm, and by the time I got back he was totally relaxed. They sent me updates with pics, their rates were super reasonable, and it felt way better than leaving my pups at a boarding clinic. If you need kind and reliable sitters, definitely go with them--they really went above and beyond!
