I've never seen such service, where I actually have a relationship with these ladies now and we still talk. Even after a year, they are very close and always are looking out for my dog. I want to be clear it is not all on your trainer and dog, you need to own your role in maintaining the training. The team did a full in-take with our doodle, they even helped us by explaining some needs we didn't understand for his diet and exercise level. Doodles are smart, but stubborn-they need consistency and this training helped us with that. Our furry guy is eager to please and so smart and now he is in tune with us and behaving. No more nipping, no more attacking our cat, no more jumping up and I can finally walk my dog peacefully (and so can our 5 year old). There are precise guidelines for drop off and pick up, and that demonstrates professionalism and care and respect for ALL their clients, including those already in training. They have a kennel of clients to train and maintain. Just as I have a schedule I expect people to respect, these pros do as well. The team grooms your dog before bringing them home (which was unexpected and sincerely appreciated). YOU need to do work too-this isn't passive drop your dog off and do nothing training (no training is that way). The team has guidelines and they will follow up with you, but you need to be ready to partner with your pup to maintain things. My husband was initially very overwhelmed by this...however, he did GREAT as we all have and we feel supported even after our training is complete. (We've had questions and the team at CRK9 is always prompt in getting back with us, even after our training). We are truly thankful to have had this training as without it we couldn't manage our dog. I have never done a board and train with any dog and was nervous about having her demeanor/personality change but she came back to us amazingly skilled, well behaved and still the sweet, loving girl we left her as. Stephanie came the house and worked with us at home explaining, demonstrating, and having us work with Josie. Stephanie and my Husband, Jim, took her on walks together as well. We have since attended small group classes with other dogs and their humans. Stephanie is a wonderful teacher of her human students. It is up to us to reinforce the commands both verbal and with hand signals with our furry children. Stephanie also boards dogs and keeps them active while in her care. She is fantastic!

We found the facility to be very clean and well appointed. The dogs are allowed to play all day in an outdoor common area, and then have individual kennels for sleeping. Our 2 dogs were able to share a kennel. After inspecting the premises, the owner suggested we leave our 2 dogs for a complimentary "play date", so that everyone, dogs and attendees could become comfortable. All of the people we met here were obviously dog and other animal lovers. We picked our dogs up from the play date, and a few days later went to drop them off for a week. As soon as we pulled in the parking area, the dogs began to whine with excitement. They remembered their play date, and were glad to be back! We rarely leave our dogs behind when traveling, so they were not accustomed to being kenneled in a new environment. We were so pleased when we picked them up, to squeals of happiness. Over the next several days it was obvious that our dogs had received excellent care, and lots of attention during their stay. Our big Golden Retriever has a new habit of rolling over for you to scratch his stomach, the moment you give him any attention. Obviously he got a lot of attention and affection during his stay. It's nice to know that Precious Pets has such exceptional care for pets, and is so conveniently located. We will have no hesitation about entrusting our animals to their care in the future!

She gets a terrific workout and naptime so when I pick her up she is all played out and just cannot wait to go back. Great place for working people who want their dogs to have a good day instead of sitting home alone. Regardless he broke his leg. $3000 to just fix the leg. We're looking at 3 months in recovery and physical therapy which we were told will cost up to $5000 and possibly more if there are ANY complications.
