My dryer tumbled, but didn't have any warm air coming out so the clothes wouldn't dry. The second time, my front loader washer flooded after a wash and stopped rotating. Both times, Bill came out and fixed both problems is less than an hour and a half! Super impressed with his efficiency. When I called for my washer, he was able to work me in and fit me in the same day only hours after I contacted him. Bill was professional and very neat during the repair. He had all the parts he needed on hand for the repair and even though no one wants to spend money on repairs, I feel the price was very reasonable and gladly paid for the headache he saved me if I had used a subpar company or tried to figure it out on my own.
