Rather than protecting our interests as her clients, Nichole instructed us to sign an addendum introduced only days before closing. This addendum contained information that should have been disclosed well before the end of our contingency period. She presented it as a routine formality rather than a substantive disclosure issue. Only after signing did I realize the addendum was essentially a replication of our own inspection report, used to retroactively satisfy disclosure requirements.
