She told me the buyer had cash, was pre qualified for a loan, and it would be fast close. When I received paper work from her turned out it was a contingency sale. When I called the bank, I was informed that the buyer was not pre-approved, and again told the buyer's house needed to be sold. Upon contacting Tamara to resolve these issues, she sent me a nasty email, saying I was the dishonest person. I then contacted her boss who is the broker at the office, a Stephanie VanDerKamp. I received no apologies, or call from her, just an acknowledgment that she received my email.
