I Finally found the perfect one on the day my lease was suppose to renew. She got me in her office right away to start the buying process. She is highly knowledgeable with all the paperwork you have to sign and she got it done for me so quick! She was able to get me some closing costs paid, and helped me switch from one townhome to another when the closing fell through on the one I actually wanted! Which was probably not an easy task, but she assured me it could be done and she took care of the switch with my lender. She was all about me and my needs. Worked hard to get me a QUICK closing date. Her and her team sent me emails on step by step details. She always got back to me quickly even when I contacted her at 4am! ( sorry about that!) She is extraordinarily familiar with the Altoona/Pleasant Hill area. I will always recommend her to anyone and everyone I know! She is well informed about the buying process from beginning to end! Super smart. Answered as many questions as I had and explained things so I understood. Communication was excellent!!! Angela is remarkable at what she does. I am forever grateful to her especially at a time I needed her most! Thanks Angie

Nichole prioritized her own interests over ours from the outset. As out-of-town buyers unfamiliar…read morewith the Hawaii real estate process, we relied heavily on her guidance. Instead, she minimized known issues with the property and, at times, appeared to side with the opposing agent rather than advocate for us. During critical final negotiations, she was unavailable, citing delays caused by goats and chickens on the road. As a result, I negotiated the final deal myself with no guidance form her other than encouraging us to take the first reduction in price. Afterward, she attempted to take credit for the outcome. The listing agent refused to provide complete disclosures until after our inspection. Rather than protecting our interests as her clients, Nichole instructed us to sign an addendum introduced only days before closing. This addendum contained information that should have been disclosed well before the end of our contingency period. She presented it as a routine formality rather than a substantive disclosure issue. Only after signing did I realize the addendum was essentially a replication of our own inspection report, used to retroactively satisfy disclosure requirements. Finally, she told us the house had been cleaned as promised and it was anything but clean.

Fast forward to this year, my wife and I were looking for a small place on the Kona side of the Big Island, and from the get-go, she was on it! She sent us listings for what we asked for and within the price range we were looking at. When we entered into a contract and made an offer, she provided us updates all the time. She walked us through the process of buying on the island and explained everything. To top it off, she went on vacation, out of the country and she not only stayed in contact with us, she answered any questions we had, even though we said it could wait. She truly is an example of going above and beyond in taking care of her clients. If you are looking for an agent to help buying or selling a house, you will not regret working with Nichole.

Review of Meadow Lane, Ames IA…read more Point 1. The home itself is really nice. It's just management. They are extremely picky about the lot. I don't know why it has to look "top-notch" when it's a mobile home park... They expect you to mow the grass every single week, trim the grass on the siding of yours and your neighbor, and stain your deck every so often. If you don't do that within a certain number of days, they'll charge you a pricey fee. Oh and you have to pay for your own equipment. Point 2. There's no storm shelter. So if a tornado comes through, you're dead. My wife literally asked one of the owners if there was a storm shelter... and she was told "no." Then, she asked if there was any close by and the owner said, "I don't know". Basically, you're on your own. They don't care about your endangerment at all, just your money. Point 3. There's no facilities that they own that is equal to the price that you pay for lot rent (which goes up every year). No swimming pool, no community center, no parking spots, and not even a playground for families with children. Where does all that extra money go to I wonder? Point 4. If you're planning to move out. You need the new buyers to be approved by management before they can buy the home from you. Why you ask? I have no idea. They don't offer a reason. In fact, we used to live right next to a neighbor that uses illegal drugs... but I guess "approval" is necessary since they don't want just anyone living in these homes. Another odd thing is that they require you to fix up the outside of the home before any new buyers move in. So, if the previous buyers did not have have a skirt for the deck, you the current buyer (who's planning to move out) must have a skirt for the deck before a sale to happen. I would complain but they don't have email services! Final Point. Flummerfelt doesn't even use EMAIL communication or ELECTRONIC payment! They are so far behind the housing industry that they require paper checks as the only form of payment (not even cash!). If you are on the management team and reading this, please update your entire system.
