It sold to a family that toured it the second day after it was listed and offered $2,500 over listing price! Prior to this, they assisted me in moving to my "forever home" this fall. They helped me decide what items I should move and suggested where to place them for maximum impact. They did some painting and made suggestions on the person that laid flooring and engaged the movers being there during the actual move instructing the movers where to place items. The move was flawless and almost painless! After that they went with us to help select several pieces of furniture and were here two months later when it was delivered. I was very impressed with them when customers approached them at the furniture store and asked them questions. Without hesitation they said what they believed. During the last five years and before these experiences, I had them for three consultations in addition to having them stage three "flippers". With the flippers, they looked at them in their original conditions and made suggestions on what to do to enhance their appearance, flow, and value. They always make economical suggestions and I firmly believe they have saved me more money than what their services have cost. They listen and encourage my input. I can not praise them adequately enough. I look forward to more experiences with them! Norma Walker

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but my experience with Heartland Roofing was…read moreexceptional enough to warrant one on every platform I can find. I have very high expectations when it comes to service and quality of work, and Heartland Roofing exceeded them in every possible way. From the moment they started in our pool house, it was clear that this team is a cut above the rest. Their craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are absolutely top-notch. The professionalism displayed by everyone--from the frontline employees to the ownership--was outstanding. What impressed me the most was their commitment to understanding my specific needs. Whenever there was a question or a need for clarification, they didn't just assume--they stopped their work and took the time to connect with me to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted. This level of communication and dedication to getting it right is rare. The finished product? Even better than I had imagined. Heartland Roofing has truly set a new standard for what I expect from any service provider. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers on its promises and more, look no further. Highly recommended!

She was so forthcoming with information, by the end of the process, I felt as though she had taught me to be a realtor myself. My family was moving out of the Area, so we didn't use her to purchase our new home. However, once we had our new home purchased, Misty was quick to get our old home sold. Misty talked to us about staging the house, when to show the house, and how long it should be on the market. It was a little uncomfortable staging the house we were still living in, but Misty more than delivered everything she pitched during the interview process. I would definitely recommend Misty Metschke if you are in need of a realtor.

Stacie stuck with me for 6 months while I waited for the right home to come along and for my offer to be accepted. She was encouraging while the market shifted, and she made the final process easy!
