Upon arrival the office door was locked and we called several of their numbers to get ahold of someone to hand them the packet. We got to stand in the rain for 9 minutes to be told they are closed to to come back at normal business hours. It would have taken them 1 minute to taken the papers, maybe say thank you and that would have been it. I would rather pay more money at another facility to be treated with respect. There is a reason this place has the lowest rates. You get what you pay for.

Their rates are very high but in line with all the other storage places around. BE WARNED. Climate controlled means NOTHING. if your stuff is stored there you better check and make sure it is not water logged. they have lost a customer for life. be sure to spread the word......your items are not climate controlled here! period.
