We are being forced to move from our current unit to a unit 30ft away (same size) to be afforded the current market rate for a unit. Over the last three/four years, Cubesmart has been drastically increasing rents. I think they are trying to trap people into an above market rate in hopes that the inconvenience or inability to move will allow them to take advantage of their customers. We are currently being overcharged by $500/mth. per unit (we have three). VERY inconvenient and terrible business practices for a customer that has been leasing from this location for 20 years. I do not recommend ANYONE who is remote, elderly or is a business to rent from these facilities. I woud give zero stars if I could. read more

Great location for us but we have only had the storage unit for about 2 months or so and each month the price keeps going up!!! Fucking ridiculous!!! Our unit isn't climate controlled, which sucks but it is what it is. We already knew that going into it. I did hear other units have climate control but we weren't offered that for some reason. They also locked us inside when we first started moving our things into our unit. We got in a few hours before closing time and started unloading our stuff! But didn't realize that they were able to lock us inside! I'm sorry but if we are already in and unpacking our things we should be able to get out at anytime that we finish!! Gates frequently broken, app doesn't allow you to open gate anymore and items that have been stolen have not been reimbursed even though we purchased the insurance. One night we saw a lady that was living in her car sleeping on the south side of the facility inside of the locked gate! read more

After moving all day and finally getting everything into my storage unit, When i was finally ready to leave i go to find that i am locked in to the property with no way of getting my U-Haul and vehicles out. I entered at 8 PM Well before the 10 PM gate closure. We were not notified whatsoever that the gate locks after 10 PM for both entry and exit and not just entry. This place has no problem locking you in overnight on their property against your will. No warnings posted that you can not exit and no employees that come around before it locks to let you know to leave. Absolute awful place go anywhere else to store items. read more

Having to deal with your personal belongings in and out of a storage facility can be stressful, aggravating, and costly. I can honestly say that the people at this particular CubeSmart location (Maria, Tamie, and Rich) are the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. They're friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. The facility is clean and has easy access. The surveillance appears good, and they have Penske trucks in a pinch. Don't ever store anything here. They can't get their system under control to take automatic payments no matter how many times you give them your card and will only call to tell you it never went through once you're overdue and have late charges and then tell you the issue is fixed only for it to happen next month over and over. When you try and get a refund and complain about the issue they just tell you they will give you a number and you'll have to wait for a message back. read more

This rating has nothing to do with the facility itself. It is clean, safe, and well managed. It has to do with their corporate indifference to their clients during these difficult times. I recently received notice that my monthly rate for RV parking was being raised from $217 to $246, a 13.3% hike. That's right, a double digit grab during a pandemic. How tone deaf. How insensitive. How wrong. This was the 3rd rate increase since 2/18. I started at $170, went to $190ish and then to $217. The new rate would represent a 46.4% jump in a little more than 2 years. Pure greed. The local manager did offer to freeze my rate and not raise it. I appreciated that gesture, but decided to look elsewhere because I knew the freeze would only be temporary. I now pay $145 a month for a bigger space only a few miles from this location. Thank you CubeSmart for forcing me to look elsewhere. You saved me $72 bucks a month. UPDATE The response I received to my review was pure gibberish. I expected rates to go up, but 46% in two years is robbery. " we find it necessary to make adjustments to our customers' rental rates in order to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing top-notch service and a clean facility". Its a parking spot with a metal roof. Those costs are fixed. Pure nonsense. read more

This place has absolutely no security at all. It's now been 2 times theirs break into this place and have tampered with my catalytic converter on my RV. 1st time it was cut off and now they cut a hole in it since it's an aftermarket cat they didint take it. I also crawled under some other RVs and trucks and pretty much all of them have had theirs cut off or they have a hole in the cat. I went last time to their office too to tell them what happened and they do not care at all. They said they're working to install cameras in the back and that never happened. My RV will be taken out of here soon once I fix the hole in the cat. Definitely not safe at all to store your RVs here. read more

Clean well cared for storage facility. Employees have always been nice and helpful. The facility is climate controlled and well lit. The only thing I'd complain about is the moving trucks parking area. If we were to come in here with a moving truck it would be hard to maneuver around them. There's not much space left while hose trucks are parked up on the side. read more

WORST place to store your RV. SUMMERLIN should be a safe place but in the past 2 months our catalytic converter was stolen and wires cut. They said this happens all the time and that 95% of the time when someone punches their code in there is a follower. There are only camera along the side walls not where the stalls are. Just received another cal today saying driver window broken. Went to see and RV was totally ransacked and ignition busted as they tried to steal it. They don't do anything and won't go back and look at video footage. Worst place ever! When I signed up to store my RV in December they said nothing ever happens and it's very secure. Then when these things happened all of a sudden they say it happens all the time. DO NOT STORE THERE!!!! read more
