It's one of my new favorite places. Local Nola at its best. Growing up my Mom always called small businesses with heart and charm "we try harder places". I was told I would receive a refund since the job finished earlier than expected (around 4 PM), and the agreed refund amount was $315. One of the employees even confirmed that this was documented on their end. It has now been 20 days, and despite contacting multiple representatives within the company, I have not received any updates or resolution. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. Additionally, there were several scratches and damages to the walls of my brand-new home, which was very disappointing. As a teacher, I am mindful about where I spend my money, and I expect honesty and professionalism from the companies I work with. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values. I also can't help but wonder how many others may have had similar experiences and have not spoken up.
