I am having trouble getting my prescriptions filled more often than not. I call it in, they fill…read moreit and call to say come and pick it up, and if I don't get there fast enough they give it away to others and call and tell me it's out of stock. This time I called to check status on my prescription and it said it was ready for pickup and indicated it was the full amount I needed. I am presently getting ready to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy that is NOT Walgreens. Word to the Wise: if you continue to use Walgreens and they call you to come pick up your prescription, drop everything you're doing and get over there ASAP and pick it up before it's gone. Whatever happened to having so many "days" to pick up yourk prescription???

She dropped off her prescription and waited forever. Finally, after an hour or more, she asked when her order would be filled. The pharmacist said that she thought my wife was homeless and just trying to stay warm so she wasn't going to say anything to her. (Apparently it would have been bad to ask if she could help, in case my wife was actually homeless?) Then, they couldn't find the prescription because there were so many other orders taken care of since my wife dropped it off. This is the most notable problem we have had here but we always encounter some problem. Maybe we are just unlucky but we have stopped trying to get meds here.

You're unable to reach a pharmacist when you call and are forced to go thru an agonizingly long series of voice prompts before you must leave a message. You then have to wait for them to call back, IF they call back. Might be 10 minutes, an hour, two hours, might be the next day -who knows!!? The point is they make what would be a 4 minute task turn into an hours long event. I've taken my entire family's prescriptions from their "service" and gone to another provider.

It seemed like they actually were trying to suck. Coordination of an entire shift to do such crap effort would be impossible for the crew of ppl who were less than mailing it in. The management of this organization should toss out whatever manual they used to develop the current service delivery model. Baby steps are my hope for this abysmal location. Train staff fully before putting them on the front lines. Then take two weeks off and quit.
