The usual guy that works there might have been out but the guy behind the counter was the most arrogant vape shop guy I have ever encountered. I went on 1/12/21 after work and need coils and some juice. I was stoked because I had $20 of fivestar points, that took forever to earn, so I was going to get a few extras. They got new selections and not I asked for my usual, his answer... you vape that trash? I would only use this juice. Asked for another flavor... same answer. I was getting annoyed quick but hey, small briskness owners have it rough. Asked why they had a ton of clearance juices he said and I quote, "The dumb owner buys these junk juices and I don't want to see them on the shelf anymore. If he would listen to me and get top tier juices we would be in better shape." That was my tipping point. I was like, ok cool guy. Time to check out. I remembered I had $20 in reward points that took me 5 months to earn. He said he no longer uses five stars... tough. So hold on, it took me spending $500 on juices and coils over the past few months and saving up just to then roll the mat out and say tough... this to me kinda ruined my entire experience for this store. Well last night I went and there was a employee I've never seen before, I told him what I wanted and then walked to the register. I proceeded to type in my loyalty number he rang me up and told me the price. I questioned the price cause it was different than 2 days prior. He told me that it has been the price since he has been working there. 6 dollars more than normal. I paid and went on my way. All day today it bothered me, then once I opened my new vape it didn't even work. They do have a 24 hour return policy for things that don't work. (A plus) so when I returned there was a different employee there so I asked him how much are these vapes and he told me the price that I have always thought it has been I was overcharged by 6 dollars. What really made me upset is that when he handed me the return receipt it said 6 dollars less than what I originally paid! Bottom line this employee was shady for charging different prices to loyal customers! I guess it was his tip!!
