The first week we were here we needed some minor electrical and plumbing things done. Within a day the owner was here fixing the plumbing and had already put us in contact with the electrician. When we commented on how greatful we were to the quick service he said " We treat every rental property like our mom lives there" and that has continually been the case. We moved from a very lacking luster land lord and this has been such a great experience!! Highly recommend this family, veteran owned, buisness!

Dealing with property management can be a headache but I have realized that some people have their…read moreact together and some don't. The address provided doesn't show an actual building, but that's the one they have listing. I'm assuming it's ran by one person. Her name is Jocelyn Whisnant. It is almost impossible to get ahold of someone from that office. We put in an application for a home. The application was relatively short. It did not ask for pay stubs, bank statements, previous employment, nothing. I emailed and called to ask if any additional information was needed and never got a return response for days. Communication was so bad and lacking. We are basically just waiting around. Well after scouring the internet for a non recorded phone number I found one for the agent. Of course she didn't answer and never called me back but 3 hours later EMAILED me back saying our application was declined. That was it. I'm so glad it didn't work out. We are happy in a home now but their customer service is horrible. They stated my credit score was a certain number but was checked a day later and they showed a number 50 points greater. We get this letter in the mail of all the reasons why we didn't qualify. Well no crap. Items we had printed to show income, current and past employment were ready to go. But she NEVER asked for them. The company is a joke. If it took her days to respond and the response was lacking, how long would it take for them to respond to a service request on the home? Things have a way working themselves out and I'm glad this didn't work out. Update: based on the comment I received from the company the google image I received when entering the address that was provided for you back when I wrote this review was an road with grass. I'm glad they updated the google picture to show office supplies. Aerial view or not? Why not show a picture of the front door of the business so it looks legitimate? Yes we viewed the property on a Saturday. All the agents we have dealt with out here were always willing to show us properties on the weekend or at least return our call. Real estate isn't a m-f job. Besides neither time or days of Operation were listed on google or rently. So how are we to know you are not available? Besides I emailed on 2/25 Saturday and the last time I emailed was 2/28 Tuesday (not Monday, which is a day of operation as noted in the comment on my review ) around 1:30pm. After finding a different phone number on the web the next day Wednesday 3/1 I called and left a message for somebody to return my call. No return call but only an email saying it was declined. A phone call to discuss would have been nice or at least a call to say "we received your app, turn around is 3 business days so please be patient with us", but that was too much to ask for, I guess. The point I was trying to make regarding the letter is, in our initial application you never asked for bank statements, pay stubs, current income, past employment. Nothing. So to say that we didn't qualify because of lack of those items (and an incorrect credit score) is a no brainer. That was the reasons why I was trying to get in contact with the company! Trying to ask if you needed any additional information. The only reason we had an agent assist us was because we could not get a hold of the company. The agent was able to get a copy of Keystones application but that was it. In regards to your phone number issue, when you view a home on rently a 866 number is the only number we had for Keystone. All it did was ask you to enter properly ID and it would give you details then hang up. Google did (still doesn't) have a number when you search the company. Bottom line your customer service was lacking, your communication was lacking. Not providing a proper website, hours of operation and phone number does nothing for a business. I came to yelp and created the listing for Keystone because I was very frustrated and didn't want anyone else to go through what we did. I'm sorry you feel my initial review was incorrect and "unfair". I was stating my experience as a customer which is what Yelp is for. I'm glad that over the last 2 days they have had a number of positive reviews. Maybe they are turning over a new leaf.

Working with both of them has truly been a pleasure. I needed roof repairs, so Les recommended another friend from church to do the job: Milton Oliver of Oliver Bros. Roofing in Austin, who managed to do a first rate job while saving significant money for me. Needless to say, I've become a great fan of following recommendations based on friendships from church! Les was always professional, friendly, tactful, prompt, and proactive. He had great instincts for what would and wouldn't work, even in a real estate market that had basically gone nuts. We sold for thousands more than we had been prepared to accept, and were also able to defer payment on many repairs (like that roof) until they could be paid from the proceeds of the sale. Happily, and without reservation, I recommend Les Sherman to anyone who needs a realtor!

My wife and I worked with Les this spring when shopping for our third home, and he did a wonderful job of helping us focus on our needs and home-buying capacity in a competitive market. We chose him based on a friend's recommendation, and we were not disappointed at all. The only bad thing about buying our house with Les is that we're done now, so we won't get to see him nearly as much as we'd like. If you need a realtor in Austin, give Les a call!

As first-time buyers, my husband and I went into this process cautiously, not knowing what to expect. JC made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain things clearly so we felt confident in every decision. JC was extremely responsive and kept us informed every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind during what can be a stressful process. JC is thoughtful and professional, he truly had our best interests at heart and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We came in not knowing the areas, the differences between neighborhoods, or even what type of home made the most sense for us long term. Julie helped us break it all down in a way that was easy to understand. She was very knowledgeable about different neighborhoods, school districts, and what each area actually offers. That helped us narrow things down quickly without feeling like we were guessing. One of the biggest things she helped us with was understanding the pros and cons of new construction versus existing homes. She walked us through taxes, long term costs, and what to expect in each scenario, which gave us a lot more confidence in our decisions. She also did a great job balancing both my preferences and my wife's. That's not easy, but she stayed patient and helped us find common ground without ever pushing us. We also spent part of the process renting, and she supported us through that phase too, which we really appreciated. Overall, she's thoughtful, informed, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Highly recommend.
