Only wish was that I spoke to a woman and she mentioned there would be a debriefing conversation at the end since we did a corporate event but this did not occur. Will just do it on our own!! I am spacing on the gentleman who was with us for the day but he did a great job and made us all feel comfortable! I need to come back for a fun Friday/Saturday to do the 2nd room!!!

The puzzles were cool and we especially loved how the game had multiple rooms within the game. Overall it was a good experience…read more Start times are staggered for different rooms so you don't have to interact with other groups. There's a large waiting area with a bathroom and a puzzle for while you wait. The staff was very friendly and explained the rules well. One of the locks in our room didn't open so they paused our game time while they came and opened it, so it didn't affect our time. I was not at all a fan of the "group" clue we had in our "New Blood, New World" room, hopefully they don't have something like that in every game cause it totally killed the experience!!! (That's the only reason they didn't get five stars) We escaped the room with time to spare and got a button with our picture taken at the end. If we're back in the area again we will definitely have to try a different room.

We solved the puzzle in 30 minutes. It may have been because there were seven of us. It was good and took some thought to figure out. The second room was a little small for a group of seven, but again, not everyone has seven people in a group. It was a lot of fun and we want to do the other escape room as well. I am so glad downtown New Bern has this to offer.
