There's a large waiting area with a bathroom and a puzzle for while you wait. The staff was very friendly and explained the rules well. One of the locks in our room didn't open so they paused our game time while they came and opened it, so it didn't affect our time. I was not at all a fan of the "group" clue we had in our "New Blood, New World" room, hopefully they don't have something like that in every game cause it totally killed the experience!!! (That's the only reason they didn't get five stars) We escaped the room with time to spare and got a button with our picture taken at the end. If we're back in the area again we will definitely have to try a different room.

We solved the puzzle in 30 minutes. It may have been because there were seven of us. It was good and took some thought to figure out. The second room was a little small for a group of seven, but again, not everyone has seven people in a group. It was a lot of fun and we want to do the other escape room as well. Great staff that are always friendly and professional. My friends who brought me are big fans of escape rooms, and they assured me, this is one of the best escape rooms around. Sadly, this is not my favorite escape room place. I've done two of their rooms, both in the yellow…read morebuilding (which is confusing in itself) and the first (art museum) was solidly "fine." Some clever puzzles, decent concept, mostly good experience. The Chernobyl room, however, was kind of terrible. I do a good number of escape rooms, and it wasn't that it was too hard, but more poorly conceived. It was a mix of super niche or hard to find clues combined overly easy ones, starting with an uncomfortable and somewhat pointless lock. It was also very linear, so a large group would likely have people standing around because there's not much going on at once. The most frustrating thing was the ending has a very finicky piece of equipment that we couldn't master. We ended up giving up because, while we felt we solved it, we couldn't get it to work and just wanted to be done at that point. Plus, our experiences outside of the room were super awkward, not offers for ceremonial photos. Will not be trying another room.
