I placed an inquiry on their website when doing a search a few weeks ahead of my trip, hoping to find a shop my dad can bring the car to when he owns it and I am not around to help DIY. I wasn't able to find much information from this Yelp page, but felt confident in the shop's ability to handle an oil change and overall inspection of the car after Jackie and I had a phone conversation about scheduling the appointment. Thanks for taking time to answer my seemingly nit-picky questions - its really important to me! I asked for an oil change only, but was not given the option due to their policy. I was quoted $150 for the oil change and inspection service - was told this is mandatory for their intake of a new car/customer. I would have taken off a star for that, but later saw the value in this when I was provided with a comprehensive report including photos(!) of any faults the tech found with the car. Fast forward two weeks: Shop called and confirmed the appointment a few days prior. On the day of drop off, I was provided with shuttle service home. Upon pickup, I was provided with my car clean and with detail provided of the fluids and filters used in the oil service. I'll be back. (or at least, my BMW will be!) Thanks.

They were up-charging $500 for an eyesight recalibration that did not need to be done and I was trying to resolve the billing issue, but they were all too eager to rip me off. My frustration led me to Kevin at Clear Choice. He picked up on the first ring and made it quick and easy to set up an appointment. I found out that he's a fellow veteran which made me feel even better about his company. He was professional, flexible, and a great person in general. One of his guys came out 3 days later and replaced our windshield for a very reasonable price (less than half of Safelite). I can't say enough good things about him or his company. Do yourself a favor and go with Clear Choice.

Although we all had minor injuries, we were fortunate to survive. Theresa and Devon towed both our vehicle and the other driver's vehicle to the tow yard. She set out chairs for us while we waited about three hours for our ride, allowed us time to empty our vehicle of our personal items, and helped make a terrible situation a little easier to manage. Devon also helped me remove the license plates so I could transport them back to Massachusetts. We greatly appreciated their kindness, patience, and help at a moment when we were shaken and overwhelmed. Thank you to Theresa, Devon, and the towing team for being there when we needed help.
