I went in with gold that had diamonds. I was told that they were only interested in the gold and not the diamonds and gave me a price on gold weight only. I left disgusted and felt as though my items were of very little value. The gentleman at the desk was very dismissive. They claim to pay the highest but I went to a small jeweler and low and behold got TWICE what he had offered!!!!! I will never step foot into this place again. Don't believe all that you read. Anyone can write things to draw people in, but this business needs to start following through. read more

This review is for the Monroe store. Do not bother bringing small items to this store. When I walked in the man was scrolling on his cell phone and when he saw all the small charms and bracelets he sighed and rolled his eyes. He couldn't be bothered to look at each item. All my items said sterling or 925 but he tried to tell me just because it says it's sterling doesn't mean it is. Didn't bother to test it and said it was worthless. Only wanted to deal with the larger items. I went someplace else and they tested every item and it was all Sterling. Got another $160 from jewelry he said was worthless. read more

don't bother with pawn shops or other con shops who only look out for their best interest and profit. this is a gold and silver exchange, gold and silver is money, real money. they give you top dollar for it. you may get 5% more from online distributors such as j&m bullion, but it takes a couple weeks to get the check. if you want the convince of "right now" then I highly recommend CT Gold and Silver. read more
