Tom called us just before Christmas to say they were in. He actually installed them New Years Eve Day. When Tom came to quote the doors he was very specific in what the installation included. He gave us the option of course, if we wanted new motors but said he really didn't think it was necessary and would just give them a general maintenance at no charge. We called Tom several times with questions we had about the doors after he left us some information about them. I recommend this company based on their professionalism and good workmanship.
