We selected Bethel Overhead door after talking to several overhead door companies. They were able to obtain and install our garage door replacement exactly as we wanted. A couple of things did not line up, things have a tendency of move during installation, and our door opening was anything but standard. Jack tweeted it and everything is just how we imagined. The communication was impressive (both email and text messages about the appointment and then texted when he wanted to confirm I could meet him the same day). Sure enough, Mike arrived around 1pm and showed me how to see the number of cycles on the opener along with the date of manufacture on the garage door. He gave me a few options (just replace the springs, replace the rollers and springs, replace the rollers, springs and hinges, etc.) and let me choose without any pressure. He set to work (I chose the option to replace the springs, cables and rollers -- the door was 22 years old so the originals had all put in their time) and 3 hours later was finished! Talk about quick turnaround! Additionally, I asked him to replace the weather seal on the bottom of the door since a mouse had eaten away a section of it. He gave me a reasonable price to complete that work at the same time. I have no idea what the going rate is for this sort of repair. Torsion springs are not DIY-friendly so it's expected that this is a somewhat sizable expense.

Previous owners tried to bondo it rather than replace the door and it looked awful. After waiting for my garage door to come in from the factory where Vinney found the closet match to our condo doors, he himself installed the unit. I went with the belt drive luftmaster, very quiet and it came with a phone app that was above my expectation. The MyQ app allows me to see if my door is open or closed when I'm away. It logs in all actions and by time. I even signed up for Amazon's my key and my packages are placed inside the door. The app shows me they open the door and closed it within the same mi use on many occasions already. No more worring about packages from Amazon and the door looks beautiful and works terrific. Thanks to Vinney, if your thinking on replacing your door or service, here's the guy you need. PS The door will open and closed from phone and also it has an alarm that warns others before it closes from the phone operation. No more worrying the you left the garage door open, you can check on the phone and close it if needed.

I've been calling since Jan. 2024 with water coming down wall where chimney is, staining wall in living room. I've made appointments, spoke with Chris in Feb., now its March. Several missed appointments. Water damage worse now. Finally called and asked for them to be honest and if they didn't want my job because its not an entire roof. Said they will show up but I'm not holding my breathe. I started researching chimney masons. Too bad because they are pleasant on the phone but Noel has been using the same roof job excuse for months. I just saw a roof go up in my neighborhood in 2 days. Maybe I will call them for an estimate. Update...I'm changing to 4 stars from 1. Friday 3/15/24 I received a call from Noel that the worker, Anthony, was in my driveway. It was scheduled for Monday. I received no courtesy call changing the day and keeping me posted. I'm taking a star off for their scheduling issues. Anthony gets 5 stars. They are lucky they have a knowledgeable worker. He is great. I would recommend but will add to keep calling if scheduling an appointment.
