I was told a service person was in my area and could be here in 20 minutes. Ben showed up about 15 minutes later. He looked everything over and gave me my options. We talked prices and I decided to get a stronger opener with a 5 year warranty. He had everything he needed to replace it and give me the new clicker. He also oiled the track and told me what to buy and do that periodically. Ben was great. Friendly, informative and easy to work with. He showed me everything and gave me a users manual and a receipt with photos of everything. It was a positive experience.

The springs they put on go for about $50 at Home Depot. Two guys there under one hour. They quoted me at $275 and somehow that bill rose to 325 by the end of the job. I just wanted the job done quick and it didn't invest a lot of time and effort but 325 to install two $50 springs under an hour labor seems very expensive. And also they did not give me any paperwork except the bill by email I'll eat this bill but I learned a lesson.
