Straightforward and prompt. Quote was very reasonable and work done by one of his employees was done well and was very courteous. My only gripe is having to constantly trying to get a reply response to just adjust the tension of my spring door as the tension became much weaker within 1-2 weeks. I assume as the new spring broke in and just won't keep the door in any position besides all the way open and now just rushes to the floor. Messaged on 9/27/24 to start to quick remedy, 10/7/24 received a message to come and quick fix with no forewarning or scheduling prior at 10 am that day. Danibul responded promptly and had someone come out the next day. I initially asked to do a new installation and the tech explained we can do a repair instead, which was a lot cheaper. I used Precision Doors about 1.5 years ago and needed to get their work corrected. They leveled the door, but left huge gaps on the top and bottom of the door. The door was also misaligned which started to stress the opener. Danibul was able to correctly adjust/align the door and put in weatherstripping to seal the garage properly. I rarely leave reviews but I have to let everyone know how great these guys are! Two weeks ago my garage door wouldn't open, so I looked on Yelp for someone to help get it opened. I chose Danibul because they had great reviews. I'm never absolutely positive if the reviews are really true for any business, but I needed help so I gave them a shot. I bought my house about 3 years ago and my garage door opener never gave me trouble before. All of a sudden I couldn't open it, and I was never given a key. Daniel came and got the door opened,installed a new lock and everything was working fine. The reason the door opener wasn't working was because the outlet needed to be reset. It was nothing to do with the opener itself. The biggest problem was not having the key, and it was an easy fix for Daniel. Yesterday it happened again with the outlet, so now I had a key to open the door, but I couldn't open it. I called Daniel and he sent Eli over. The lock was perfect, it was just me not knowing how it actually worked. Eli unlocked the door for me, reset the opener again, showed me how to operate the lock and everything is working perfectly now. I just want to let everyone know that if they need anything done with their garage door these are the guys to call. They know what they're doing, they stand behind their work, and they're trustworthy!
